I loved the staff- particularly Parker, the young man at the desk when we (myself and my dog Spencer="we") checked in.
The only disappointment was that the pool was closed. I'd have liked an evening swim. After a long travel day and cramped airplane seat a hot tub and/or cool pool water would've made the room cost more acceptable. I think a slight FEE reduction for the lack of that (advertised) amenity would've been in order! Perhaps offer a room-rate reduction for my next visit , based on the undisclosed lack of pool when the room was reserved (and pre-paid for!). Joy Bang.
But again, the STAFF were exemplary. From the housekeeping folks that I met, to the woman who helped to make breakfast a pleasure, and let's not forget John- he helped me "work" my TV without making me feel stupid. Thanks you'all
