房間很乾凈，燈光明亮，適合工作。接待很熱情，早餐的品種挺多，還會再光顧下次出行！

We arrived to check in for a wedding and was told they were oversold and our room we already paid for was not available. Nobody called to notify us ahead of time, and the employee at the front desk could care less. He was rude and not apologetic, and didn't help or try to assist in any way. We had to drive over 30 minutes to get to another hotel. We should have read the reviews and never booked this hotel, it seems like it is common practice for them to not care about their customers reservations and oversell the hotel. Awful all around.

There was just one overnight staff member that was very rude when we first checked in, otherwise the other staff were very friendly and helpful.

Overall, the stay was good. The room was modern and clean. The morning breakfast was better than expected. Great selection every day and very clean. The only disappointment was the daily shower. The water temperature was up and down during your shower. Several times it went completely cold mid shampoo.

We stayed 2 nights. First night was great, the second night I walked into my room around 11pm my room was freezing, so I went to turn on the heat and it wasn’t working. I contacted the front desk with no answer. So my husband and I showered to try to warm up. Try to stick it out but it was too cold. So one hour later went to the front desk. No one was there for quite some time so my husband and I left and drove all the way home.
