Evancy Etoile des Dunes

Wonderfully spacious and very comfortable, the apar**ent was spotlessly clean, had a well-appointed kitchenette and was in a quiet area with good parking right outside (though this was in March). The WiFi was unavailable when we stayed, but that wasn't a major problem for us as we used a phone to set up a mobile hotspot. We'll definitely return in the future.

A lovely apar**ent has everything you need to make the stay perfect. Beautiful views. Good location. The service was great any problems we had they came to resolve almost instantly. A few lovely local restaurants

Not bad by any means but in my opinion eye-wateringly overpriced for the quality of the accommodation. We paid EUR173+EUR20 charge for dogs. I was under the impression that what we would be getting for this was an apar**ent. However it actually turned out to be basically a large hotel room with some bunk beds in a sort of foyer inside the door and a very "bijou" kitchenette, plus a very "cosy" dining area Good points: - it's really really close to the beach - the area around is quiet and feels safe at night - the apar**ent was very clean Bad points: - the double bed isn't a proper bed, it's a sofa bed - the kitchenette is very small as mentioned and doesn't have an oven - the WiFi didn't appear to work, or at least I couldn't get it to work Overall, if what you care most about is being close to the beach and perhaps if you are a family with two children who could make use of the bunk beds and who would find the kitchen particularly helpful then this might be a good option for you. As a couple, I'd venture we could have found something much nicer for the same money.

Beds were very small for couples. Smell of toilette. We liked that the living room and kitchen was spacy. Garbbage pick up was very loud. The check in and check out was well organized. It was great that the location was close to the sea.

J ai constate qu au niveau de la cuisine il manquait un four car niveau cuisson tout etait restraint par compte 2 micro ondes et un petit grill Dautre part je trouve que le mobilier etait tres vetuste au niveau du canape et des fauteuils pourquoi ne pas mettre des housses une table qui fait du btuit sans arret a chaque fois qu'on la touche Et encore une chose la porte fenêtre dans la salle de sejour qui ne fernait pas ou alors il fallait etre costaud pour la fermer et l'ouvrir Cest dommage que le proprietaire ne fasse pas ces changements

coin couchage sans fenetre alors que demandé plusieurs fois canapé plus qu'abimé, fuite douche, manque de propreté générale dans le logement, vaissaille plus que juste manque de tasse verres etc

Un séjour très agréable qui sera réitéré . C'est déjà la deuxième fois que je passe par chez eux, j'en suis très satisfaite.

Bel emplacement , près de la digue . Belles promenades dans les dunes. Bon séjour pour mon anniversaire.

Mobilier abîmé. Dommage. Usure des accoudoirs du canapé lit et du fauteuil. Vaisselle par toujours propre. Le reste ok. Salle de bain ok. Linge ok. Cuisine ok. Localisation parfaite. Une ampoule dans la salle à manger cassée
