This was not usual Premier Inn standard. Very tired room, with a smell of mold and a air condition that made more noise than the numerous jets passing just over to land at Heathrow. The worst thing was that even though we asked for it in the reception every night, our room wasn't cleaned for four days! When we complained everyone blamed the other employees. Luckily one of the receptionists, Carl, the pnly one to take any responsibility, helped us with basics such as new towels and taking out the bins the last night, and was very apologetic. We have stayed at this hotel previously, but the standards have really fallen. With newer and more well run hotels nearby this is one to avoid until they sort things out!
