ok for a short stay over, very well placed for a quick access to the train station

Good for a business trip.

Great hotel, air con in the rooms, food was good, parking could have been better for large vans.

Room fantastic but omg the breakfast, the room was standard, staff friendly. But omg the breakfast leaves alot to be desired, bacon prep cooked and left in hot plate so when is served it is lukewarm but the stuff on the bottom is burned so it's inedible. Fried eggs like frisbane overcooked left into the lights to continue to cook. Mushrooms cold, baked beans cold scrambled eggs lukewarm. As a caterer for over 45 years these products have to be probed every 40 minutes when on service it's obvious that this is not done here. The chef on his phone while people sat having breakfast is that his job??? Waiting staff gossiping in the restaurant while people eating this not professional. The hotel is nice but breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

staff and service is always helpful but in our experience the rooms need improving. Lower standard than the experience normally provided at Premier Inn sites

Can’t fault it , comfortable and clean , staff lovely and food and drink good , as was location . Would stay again

Premier Inn Brentwood has over 100 rooms yet provides only 20 spaces to park charging £6 for the privilege you gave 20 min to drop off your luggage if you overstay this yiu will be fixed £60....

Rooms are ok but our double room we stayed in on this occasion was very compact with an addition single bed which we didn’t request,taking up too much space making the room feel even more cramp. I was disturbed at 11:30am by room service wanted to clean the room, even though a do not disturb sign was left outside! No one was available at checkin, so I had to knock on the office door for their attention!

Hotel well located very close to the station. As expected from this chain. Clean and well equipped for a short stay. Bed , as expected, extremely comfortable. Breakfast good and plentiful.
