Normal quiet stay, cheap rates for normal rooms

Front desk clerk at night was amazing. Girl in the morning. Not so great. The hotel smells like **** and cigarettes. The wood laminate floor in the room was sticky and nasty. Cigarette smoke wafted into our room from the rooms around us even though we were told it was nonsmoking and there were signs posted every where that it was nonsmoking.

First off why does these rooms not have microwaves or fridges? Theres no coffee all day, no breakfast, the bed was very uncomfortable and worn in, the pillow had a weird dark stain on it and it was still $60?
That's ridiculous. I went right down the street, for the same price as I paid here, stayed at the bridgeview inn and got a cleaner room, better bed plus a fridge and a Microwave

Was there for 5 days, not once was my room serviced, I did all the servicing myself, linens not clean, old hard pillows, no microwave,fridge. The whole building had to share a 12’inch microwave that is always dirty and stinky. Complementary coffee tastes like colored water. The good thing is that the shower was hot and the AC unit works fine.

A garbage dump of a hotel. Poorly managed and totally and completely not in good condition, for a human being to spend anytime there. Very unsafe and crime ridden area, where not only your personal safety you have to be concern with, but where your car is parked at, you run a high risk of having someone breaking in your car. You have to stay up throughout the night to keep an eye on your car.

The room was pretty nice it had the jucuzzi in the room but the bed was not comfy, there was a burn stain on the bed sheet, mirrors by jacuzzi were not cleaned right & the entrance of the motel smelled like cigarettes. The front desk worker was nice but had b.o. If those things were changed then I would’ve rated this stay a 4.5 instead of a 3 out of 5

My room had dead roaches, tub had a very big crack as to the water was coming out underneath the floor tiles. People were outside my window arguing. Doors slammed all night. Room didn't have no towels when i asked the front desk i was told we're out of clean towels come back tomorrow. Very pissed customer 😤

Walked in a room with a foul smell. A mixture of squares and dirt. Phone unplugged. Tv doesn’t work. Staff wouldn’t clean unless here for consecutive 3 days and barely anyone spoke English.
