Nova Highlands Hotel is situated near the road up to BOH tea centre, and many other attractions. The room has a sofa with a TV, but the TV has no remote, and the bedroom is comfortable, although there was a brown stain on one of the bedsheets. The toilet seems to be not so well taken care of, the toilet water tank leaks, the sink leaks too, all the water that leaked ends up on the floor flowing to the edges of the washroom and there are multiple visible black spots.

I couldnt sleep the first night as the bed/bedsheet makes my skin itch throughout. Called housekeeping and they came pretty fast and changed our bedsheets and towel the next day.
There wasnt any handsoaps for the kitchen so we bought one for us to use there.
Overall experience is fine. Can see the Cameron Santorini from where we stay! So plus point for that haha

strategic location for nearby attractions. The hotel mountain view is relaxing and lovely. Many butterflies fly into the balcony area ;)

Bilik ok besar cuma kurang kebersihan , toilet smelly bau bachin😷😮💨 tong sampah x clear ada tin beer 🍺 unsatisfied room🤧

The view from the hotel is nice. The location is strategic and near to places to visit and varies options of food. But parking and reception is far from hotel.

The location of the hotel very strategic. I really like the location and the room is very big and spacious. So nice and cozy. But the cleanest is average

The first day I arrived I needed to wait for a long time to get a key. In the room, there was a soapy floor at the entrance. Almost got tripped. I had to walk to the receptionist far from the parking lot since I needed to deduct the parking cost. The hallway to the room is very creepy especially at night. There was a mall but not so many people there. The best was it nearer to KEA baazar. That's it.

The parking policy is terrible. Need to validate the ticket before go out and have to walk too far from the parking to validate the ticket. It's chargeable parking daily and very difficult to in and out, need to walk along the way to reception counter first before going out. Management should improve the parking policy and provide the parking card instead or change to digital parking by detect the car plate number to ease the guests for in and out from hotel. Very disappointed for the parking service, if complimentary parking the guests won't be complaint, this is involved with the money. The management should think about it how to improved. Others than parking service, overall is acceptable. We are not satisfied with the parking charges and would like the management to review and refund the charges.
