I booked this hotel for a few days last minute and couldn't have been happier. Hotel staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. Room was very clean and serviced everyday. The pool area was clean within easy access into the pool which is important for me with reduced mobility. I have very specific dietary needs after surgery and these were catered for after a quick chat with staff

Aircon wouldn’t turn off so the room was freezing
The aircon made a loud clicking sound which also didn’t stop throughout the night.
The reception staff were not helpful and did not seem interested in resolving the issue.

I/we stayed for 2 separate nights in June & July during a 10 property Italian road trip, so this review is relatively objective. Easily found opposite an army base in a rural location with plenty of parking. A large modern hotel which could be described as soul less and totally lacking character. The main accommodation blocks (yes that’s what they are) have an army barracks feel about them. The bedrooms are basic, clean, large, cool, air conditioned, black out shutters with decent, if a little dated bathrooms. None of the staff encountered seemed to offer any engagement at all, simply doing what was their job and no more - and this is making allowances for the language barrier. There is a large and well maintained swimming pool. There is a restaurant on site but this wasn’t used. Breakfast was a very limited Italian buffet with self service coffee machines, which did in fact produce a decent cup of coffee. The plus for this hotel is that it’s only 10-15 minutes easy drive to the airport, which was what I/we used it for.

soggiorno per motivi di lavoro ambiente molto accogliente, tranquillo, camere spaziose, ottima pulizia e organizzazione, personale molto professionale e disponibile. servizio di ristorazione di livello alto con buona scelta nel menù. da tenere in considerazione per soggiorni in zona

Ci vuole un bel coraggio a chiamarlo Hotel..... Ciliegina sulla torta il servizio lavanderia è predisposto nei sacchi delle immondizie presenti in camera. Non parliamo del "bagno", caliamo un velo pietoso

La chambre et la piscine sont bien. Le restaurant est minable et cher pour ce que s'est. 24e par personne regardez les photos du menu ... vous vous ferez votre avis ... Le petit déjeuner aux gâteaux secs. Le réceptioniste du soir est désagréable.

Il 18 luglio2023 avevo chiamato x prenotare stanza dal 6 al 16 agosto ed era disponibile. aspetto x ricevere foglio di prenotazione e anticipo da pagare ma niente dopo 2 giorni. nessuna risposta a email e WhatsApp. Chiamo e mi dicono di avere pazienza . Il 22 ricevo email che non hanno disponibilità dal 12 al 16. Mi hanno illuso e fatto perdere giorni di ricerca. Poca serietà e rispetto. Ero venuto l 'anno scorso ed era comodo x la vicinanza a Brindisi .non mi vedrete mai più e farò presente a tutti i colleghi e conoscenti quanto accaduto.
