The checkin process was delayed for us by 1.5 hours. Once we were allowed access the room was in terrible condition and had to be recleaned.
Shower leaked and lights in both rooms were not working. It was rectified quickly but the overall condition was aging and dirty.

Very nice clean spacious rooms. Quiet area, but still close to the heart of Broadbeach and all the restaurants.
The staff here are all very friendly and helpful.
You get a very warm welcome here at Freshwater Point.

Great place to stay for the weekend, especially with a baby. Had a ground floor unit that had easy access to the pool and the unit facilities were great with full kitchen and laundry to use. Such a good location in close proximity to the ******, shopping and beach.

Great property, nice on site parking! Room wasn’t the cleanest on our arrival and curtains the room weren’t opening or closing properly.

The room smelt musty, there was a rolled up floor mat behind lounge seat. Padlock latches on cupboard and wardrobe doors !

We had an amazing stay in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment on the 8th floor facing the river and resort swimming pool etc. it also has an incredible skyscraper view
Loved it and we will definitely stay again in the future.

On arrival at our apartment we were greeted with a lovely complimentary basket of goodies - wine, cheese, crackers, chips and chocolate biscuits - a very nice surprise. Apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy and quiet. Property is within a reasonable walking distance of good restaurants and the ******. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Really lovely property only one recommendation a coffee machine in the actual apartment they are cheap and holiday rentals have them now.
However overall happy.

We really like the hot tub. The view was amazing. Location was great. The beds were comfortable. We really didn’t like that they didn’t clean our room. It took 3 direct contacts with the receptionist. Blonde receptionist was extremely disinterested and didn’t want to assist us with ticketing or with housekeeping. There was no direct method for communicating with housekeeping staff that we wanted the room serviced.
