Daisybank Cottage Boutique Bed and Breakfast

Warm welcome, charming hosts, sumptuous but healthy breakfast choices, efficient and friendly staff, but some parts of the (expensive) ‘boutique’ need some tlc e.g. bathroom and outside of the property. Good location for day trips and walkable into local restaurants and pubs. Patio furniture uncomfortable, but main garden chairs better if you can cope with the trains roaring past every few minutes. However, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for a stay in The New Forest which is one of the few remaining unspoilt natural habitats in England, seemingly not suffering from over tourism, like so many other locations worldwide.

Daisybank Cottage is a wonderful place to stay. The roooms are always very clean with lots of information and welcome refreshments. The breakfasts are amazing with local produce. We have stayed here regualrly over past few years as it's so lovely and freindly, and Brockenhurst is a good base to cycle the New Forest trails.

Lovely little place in a lovely town with lots of pubs and access to many forest walks. Exactly what we were looking for! Daisy bank cottage itself was also perfect, a very modern room and bathroom with everything you need. Breakfast was great, perfectly on time and exactly what we ordered. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

My partner and I were really looking forward to a weekend away here, I was really impressed with the comments and reviews and I thought this would be a great place to stay. Unfortunately my mother was taken very ill and I had to cancel last minute, she died over the weekend. I was charged the full amount, not even given the option to defer the stay or just pay the deposit, which I would happily have done. I understand this is stated in the T’s &C’s, however, a bit of goodwill and compassion under the circumstances would have gone a long way!

Beautiful B&B in an excellent location for exploring the New Forest. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Ciaran and Cheryl were wonderful hosts. They offered great suggestions for the area and had thought of everything to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Ciaran and settled in to our gorgeous room. There were so many lovely little touches that made the stay very special. We strolled the short way in to Brockenhurst, passing many beautiful ponies grazing by the roadside, where we were spoiled for choice for an evening meal. After a wonderfully comfortable nights sleep, we had breakfast in the dining room. The food was fantastic and again, the attention to detail made it such a lovely stay. We were sorry to have only stayed the one night and will certainly be back. Thank you, Ciaran and Cheryl, you were perfect hosts.

This was our first visit to the New Forest and it was a very enjoyable experience. We stayed at the Daisybank Cottage Boutique B&B in Brockenhurst where our delightful hosts, Cheryl and Ciaran, made our holiday really special. They went out of their way to help us get the most out of our stay and to discover some of the wonders of this beautiful part of England. Our room was very comfortable as they had thoughtfully provided their guests with everything they needed to feel at home. The bathroom had a great walk-in shower and there were coffee and tea making facilities in our room and last, but not least, they provided a delicious breakfast choice. In addition, we really appreciated the charging point for our electric car at the back of the house as this has previously been a bit of a problem when we have taken holidays in Britain. We enjoyed it all so much that we have already booked another stay in September. We look forward very much to our return to Daisybank in the Autumn and to seeing more of the New Forest which was so lovely in Spring. Brockenhurst is such a great place to stay as it is easy to get to many amazing places from there in all directions.

My husband and I stayed in the Dandelion Suite. The Suite was clean and spacious with every little detail thought of. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was even exclusive access to a sauna, which was a lovely bonus. The location was great for accessing all the New Forest has to offer and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
