What a special hotel! Conveniently located in Bruges and walkable to everything I wanted to see. I stayed in a room with a view of the canal. The room was clean and very well decorated with a great wall of windows overlooking the canal. Felt special. The staff couldn't have been more nice and helpful. If you want to get a feeling of old Bruges but in a nicely appointed room, I would recommend this hotel.

Yes, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location is ideal for exploring Bruges but the wonderful staff makes this hotel so special. Febrina had the biggest smile to greet us every morning. Maroof was the magician that got us reservations to a restaurant that had no tables available. I'm sorry I don't remember the names of other employees but they were all outstanding. We appreciated having a public space to enjoy a nightcap with friends at the end of the day. There's a reason this is the #1 hotel in Bruges!

I have never written a review on Tripadvisor and I am painfully late writing this one, but I had to make an exception for this hotel. I planned a surprise trip to Bruges for my partner's 30th birthday and booked three nights at this hotel based on the reviews. I can safely say this is the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in - from the staff, to the rooms, to the location - there is nothing that I would have changed. We had a very early start (4:30am) when travelling to Bruges from London, and when we arrived at Bruges train station, we decided to walk into the city centre to drop off our bags at the hotel. We were not expecting our room to be ready at 11am to check in, but thought we could drop off our things and go and explore Bruges. It started to rain on our walk so when we arrived we were wet and tired, but I did not even have to say a word before reception asked if we'd like to check-in. I said that we were very early but they said they would happily check if the room was ready, and that we could take a seat whilst they took care of our bags and made us a cup of tea (for two brits, this is quite possibly the perfect welcome to a hotel!). We were able to check in early and everything from that point was just perfection. Our room was one floor up with a view of the terrace by the entrance of the hotel, but still very quiet and cosy. The decor was beautiful and rustic, and the room was spotless. The bed was also huge and incredibly comfortable. From check in to check out, every interaction we had with the staff was lovely, with special mention to Febina, who is such an asset to the hotel. She was kind, attentive and was able to anticipate our needs constantly. No question or request was ever too much! The hotel is as central as you can be, so it's easy to pop back whenever you need to refresh, have a nap or just change your shoes! The only thing I can't comment on is the breakfast as I decided to book room only due to being in the chocolate and waffle capital of the world! I can't wait to come back to this hotel and keep exploring Bruges as it truly a special place. If you are considering booking this hotel, don't wait any longer - you won't regret it!

Beautiful, boutique hotel in the centre of town. Wonderful a**osphere, excellent staff. Exemplifies Bruges. Dining room breakfast a highlight. Bedroom is old world but very comfortable. Toiletries great. Romantic place for a couple.

As an absolute fan of the movie I was extra happy to come to this beautiful place to spend a night. Everyone who works there was very nice and kind, great service. I noticed well selected paintings on the walls, appreciated it a lot since I am also a painter. The place gave me a lot of inspiration. Room was perfect as well. Thank you very much, I hope to come back in the future ＜3 Dinara Z.

It's #1 Brugge hotel for good reason! Less than 2 minute walk to city center. Gorgeous rooms. Marble bathroom with an amazing shower. Staff at this quaint boutique hotel were eager to help. Febrina was wonderful. Would love to hire her in US!

Our hotel was superb one of the best we've ever stayed in would go back in a minute could not recommend anything to improve what we experienced it was the best. Centrally located for everything most walks were within 5 to 15 minutes to see what you wanted.

The service was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful and very well located, and the rooms and beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend. Excellent value. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
