Check in was bad one of the worst experiences I've ever had besides that everything was great. The breakfast was excellent and the attendant at the breakfast was exceedingly good.

The lady that prepares and maintains the breakfast area was extremely pleasant and accommodating. She is an asset to the property.

Specifically rented this hotel for the indoor pool and it was closed for “renovation” our entire stay. No one was working on the pool, nor in the room what so ever. Pool was full and was running as was the hot tub.
We were allowed access for our 3 days there.
Extremely poor service in my opinion.

If you love your family, do not book a stay for them at this hotel! Disgusting! Filthy! NOTHING works! Smells disgusting, moldy, mildew, rust, broken drywall EVERYWHERE! Mysterious BROWN SMEARS on walls! Feels like a checked into a 3rd world country in GA, USA!!!

Very dirty! Room was not cleaned. Sheets were wrinkled, eyelashes, stained sheets bad! Worse hotel ever, should be condemned!

Read the previous reviews and was expecting ‘you get what you paid for’ experience. Other than the musty smell upon entering the building, our experience was very pleasant. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Room location was surprisingly quiet. Hot breakfast was typical but there was fresh fruit and even Nutella. The staff member handling the breakfast was super friendly and helpful.

The Front Desk was wonderful and the room was wonderfully spacious and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and coffee plentiful. This was just an overnight stay over Thanksgiving holiday. Looking forward to staying here again on out next trip.

The staff was horrible ! They didn't clean my room and they made us come get towels and the vacuum to clean our on room ! 😡
