Overall it was fine, but just looked like everything needed to be cleaned a little better. Not sure if it was work crews tracking in a mess or what. There were dirty spots on our couch and the floor looked like it needed vacuumed. Doesn't help that they don't clean the room during the stay.
Breakfast was good, could be a few more options to make it better. Also got till 9:30 would be nice.

The air conditioning at this hotel was really bad. I had to be moved once because the unit just kept blowing warm air. The new room gave me some cool air, but not good enough. And the hallways to the rooms were warm too. I realize it isn’t summertime, but some people are warmer than others, and air should always be working as well as heat. Very disappointing stay.

Overall, the hotel is pretty good. The rooms are dark, even after turning on all the lights.
We had a problem with the HVAC. The thermostat was set at 69. Early in the morning, the heat turned on and stayed on. It was 80 degrees in the room when we got up. We called and someone came up immediately and restarted the unit. It was fine for the few hours until we checked out.
The breakfast is very good

Loved the property. Unfortunately the bar that is advertised cannot serve alcohol..the only other issue was that housekeeping did not vacuum my room before I arrived. Otherwise the room was clean. Just the floors not.

The overnight stay was very good and my only complaint was the breakfast did not have enough choices. No eggs or meat

The front desk people were not very nice. There was makeup on a towel-not clean. The room above us sounded as if a herd of elephants was having a dance party. Breakfast was very minimal. Only small muffins and bread. Also no orange juice. We stayed there a year ago. It has gone way down hill in a year. Won’t be staying there again

Very clean hotel with professional friendly staff. The only reason I gave a 4 star on area around the property is that a lot of pet owners failed to clean up after their pets and there were no pet bags in most of the pet stations. Would definitely recommend this hotel though - just watch where you walk.
