Hotel Windsor

On the description of the hotel they promised the available parking for 24 euros. It was not available. I need to find another hotel and didn't used this one despite I paid for it. Please, do not believe what they write.

The linens were all stained, hot water ran out, glass bathroom shelf was falling off the wall, and electronics didn’t work well.

- You cannot lock your room. I thought it was a defect but front desk reassured me that *no-one* could. - You HAVE to leave your keycard at front desk when you go out. This means that you have to stand around outside the front door ringing the doorbell to get back in the building. Please don't do this alone in the evenings as the staff can take a while to answer the door. - My bedding was suspiciously stained but the rest of the room seemed ok. - They have a 100% no refund no matter what policy, which I discovered when I went to complain. I was in a queue behind two other guests making complaints. Some comparison sites list the hotel as having free breakfast and a kettle in room but that isn't true. I can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't buy any but you can buy a cup of coffee for €2 from a pot at reception.

The hotel is suitable for work-related trips or those looking for a budget-friendly and convenient stay. The location is decent, with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities. The rooms were clean and functional, providing the essentials for a comfortable stay. However, the overall ambiance and amenities were basic, lacking any standout features. The staff were polite and helpful. If you’re looking for something simple a d convenient accommodation option in Brussels, Hotel Windsor is just fine.

If you don't want to spend too much for spending one or two nights and stay close to the city center for business trips, this is ok. The hotel is very minimal and you should not pretend too much from it.

Excellent location made me choose this hotel. Room was probably on renovation because the door had to be closed by slamming it (very noisy and I could hear other doors slamming on the same floor) The room was clean and the bed okay. One table and a plastic stool completed the furniture (for 89€ a night)

it was the worst place I've ever stayed, first that the attendant was not in the mood to check in, he was more concerned with his cell phone than answering me, when I opened the door of the room to which I was referred, the bed was all messed up, it looked like someone had just got up, and an unbearable smell of cigarettes, I went down to reception and once again the attendant was almost unconcerned, he laughed and picked up the phone, made a call, and almost 15 minutes later he handed me the key to another room, Anyway, I spent only one night there so apparently I wouldn't have any problems, my mistake, when I left I checked out a woman who answered said everything was fine bye thanks , however I made a feedback on *********** reporting the problem with the first room, and to my surprise two days later a charge of 50 euros appears for damage to the duvet, I argued with them for several days until they sent me the "proof of damage caused" the damage was the seam of the duvet that came undone. Very unhappy with this hotel, I hope no one goes through this, so think well before booking with them, and with *********** too, because at no time did they help me with the problem, always asking to contact the hotel

the people working there were fairly rude. The room had bed bugs and nothing was done about this. Overall a fairly terrible stay. The best way to describe it was a bed, and barely that.

It is in the centre, but no more benefits. When we called to book the room rate was 59 eur, on arrival we were charged 65. Rooms are old and cry for renovation. Bathroom is ok, but was very cold. Had to turn on the heater and wait for 2 hours to get it warm. Room was cold all night regardless of hot radiators. There were no warm blankets in the room. The breakfast was announced to be included, but in fact not served, we found out about it in the morning. We were offered coffee for 2 eur extra charge. Owners and management has to start acting and improving. Otherwise this hotel will degradate...
