Absolutely awful stay..I had booked four nights, the first night I was kept awake by dogs barking all night and construction on a site next door started at 7AM in the morning…the window blind was off the hook and the sink in the bathroom was blocked.
I was moved to another room and on the 4th night a group of teenagers were booked into the rooms adjoining mine and they made so much noise I didn’t get to sleep until 3am, I tried complaining to the night manager but he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do even though other guests complained
So I was left with three hours sleep on the last night before facing two long flight layovers leaving me completely exhausted and drained by the time I got to my final destination.
I don’t usually complain but this was one of the worst stays in my twelve years of traveling around the world.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL, ITS AWFUL

An outdated and not maintained hotel. It is dirty, the bathroom is full of mold and the beds are old and worn, not comfortable at all. The bed sheets are rotten. If you ask for a coffee after the breakfast you should pay for it but you should make your coffee for your own with the same machine as you use for breakfast. The breakfast was cold and not a big variety to choose from.

It’s was terrible. The room had a nasty smell. The towels didn’t smell right. One lift that took ages. The rooms looked dated the bed was uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place. There are much better hotels and cheaper in Bucharest I was unlucky to get this place

this is a very good hotel just a ten minuet walk from the old town rooms are spacious with air conditioning and a TV with some channels in English there is an outside beer garden with large parasols should it rain also free WIFI is available although it works best on the ground floor we found all the staff to be superb but a special shout must go to the night receptionist Leonora who was fantastic and was able to help us with a few things which made our stay even more enjoyable for us great value great location even if the surrounding area is a little bit run down and if you want to be a little lazy the no 21 tram stops right outside the hotel and runs to the edge of the old town i would recommend

Great location. Close to city center. Close to public transport. The staff and management were amazing. Mini fridge in the room that you can fill on your own. Breakfast available but not other meals. Lots of restaurants around the location.

Everything you need, friendly desk, they’ll open bar if you need it. Towels, tea, coffee, TV etc in room, I asked for them to look at a blind/curtain in my room but didn’t manage to fix it. Partly my fault for saying I’d sleep through it, no major issue. Probably needs freshening up a bit to call itself a boutique hotel but lovely building, decent rooms and about 15 minute walk to the quaint but lively ‘old town’ however there are cafes/restaurants directly opposite the hotel and an Irish bar. Ottima qualità prezzo, abbastanza centrale, pochi minuti a piedi dalla zona dei locali e da Plaza unirii. Cordialità e pulizia. Camera grande e bagno altrettanto. La colazione niente di che, probabilmente a posteriori avrei preso la camera senza colazione ma poco male. Consigliato

Ho prenotato l'hotel tramite booking con pagamento in struttura. I receptionist hanno segnalato a booking che non ero presente (probabilmente per non pagare le commissioni) così booking mi ha addebitato la stanza sulla carta di credito. Da evitare.

Mi sono lasciata convincere a prenotare quest'hotel dalle numerose recensioni positive ma la mia esperienza è stata negativa. Hotel in posto strategico, a pochi minuti da Piata Romana, circondato da locali.Stanza con mobili datati, spaziosa e materassi comodi.In quattro giorni non è stato MAI lavato il bagno, nonostante le nostre sollecitazioni. Le tazze usate per le tisane non venivano cambiate, si limitavano solo a rifare il letto. Pulizia zero! Colazione molto scarsa e deludente!Un'accozzaglia di biscotti e plumcake stantii...niente fette biscottate o croissant.Abbiamo prenotato un'escursione con l'hotel che ci ha garantito che sarebbe stata in italiano e che,nel prezzo pattuito, c'erano compresi i biglietti d'ingresso ai castelli.Ebbene,saliti sul bus abbiamo scoperto che la guida parlava in inglese e abbiamo dovuto aggiungere altri 40 Eur per entrare nei castelli..Alla fine ci siamo ritrovati a pagare un prezzo assurdo!! Nessuno del gruppo ha pagato tanto quanto noi. Bocciato su tutti i fronti!
