We stayed here for business purposes while out in Budva. It is very sensibly priced at this time of year and offers clean and well furnished accommodation. My experience with the staff has been very positive as they are friendly and happy to help. The apartment is in an excellent position, just back from the seafront and a 5 minute stroll to the old town. Overall, a very good stay in Budva

Great Stay for 3 days in Budva. Underground parking, 10 -15 euros/ day. Good english speacking at the reception when we have arrive 09 PM, 24.10.2022. Also very kindly staff. Inside of apartment high class furniture, etc. From 5th floor good view ( also city and sea). We was have 2 bedrooms apartament. So , keep great work guys. Congrats.

When we arrived in our apartment we noticed that there was a bad smell. We opened the windows but it didn't go away and we thought that it was coming from the kitchen sink. The next morning we discovered that the microwave was full of leftover rotting food from a previous guest. We immediately reported this to reception. They apologised and said they would clean the room. We returned around 4pm and while the food had been removed the room was not yet cleaned and the smell remained. The girl on reception called management and they agreed we could move. We packed and went to the new apartment but it had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. They told us the only option was a room on a lower floor with no view so essentially a downgrade. We asked to speak to the manager and were told that they would be there the next morning. When we were checking out the next morning the same girl was at reception and no manager. When we asked we were told that they were busy but insisted that she call. I felt that we should be somehow refunded for this awful experience. We were offered a free night if we wanted to stay but as we were about to leave Budva this offer was useless. We had to leave so we followed up with a message proposing to be refunded one night. We received a message agreeing to this but the refund never arrived. We chased again and were asked for bank details but still no refund. We followed again but received nothing despite having received the agreement to refund us by phone message. I really don't understand this level of service and I am truly disappointed by this whole experience. We tried to be as reasonable as possible but our efforts were worthless.

Kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Evin içi ve eşyalar oldukça ergonomik. 5 yıldır tek tercih ettiğim yer. En önemlisi de resepsiyonda İngilizce bilen bir çalışanın olması. Ayrıca lokasyon olarak şehrin tam ortasında. Türkiye'den sonra uzun zamandır otellerden uzak duruyorum. Burasi güvenli,temiz bir yer.

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar, mega schöne saubere Appartement. kann man mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!!! Sind im nächsten Jahr auf alle Fälle wieder dabei. Ist für uns das Beste Hotel for ever!! LG Annette und Florian
