Disappointed with our room. We had been located within the under construction area way in the back. Felt we were in solitary confinement being in the area where there was no one around us because of the remodeling of the rooms around us.Lock on the door was broken and had to let front desk be notified. Requested a different room but was denied due to no extra room available. Not enough wash cloths to take a shower. Nice place but dissatisfied with the outcome.

説好有的吹風機去哪裡了呢？ 設施老舊但是還算乾淨。 離Knotts Berry Farm 非常近。

I’ve previously stayed here years ago and was not in this condition. This stay I had was not very good the hotel room was not clean a lot of stuff in room was not working coffee pot was rotten with old coffee needs to be remodeled!

I love this place and I would go back again for business or family, we found some hairs closed to the bath towels and that wasn’t good but we are humans and I don’t see that as a big deal.

We could have done better, Probably wont ever come back here, We expirienced A robbery last night And a car getting broken into.
Not the best spot very ghetto.
Not to forget My room was super dirty, Floors and Bathroom. I have pictures Of everything before we got their and after too just incase they wanted to charge anything on me.

Property is extremely close to Knotts. Walking distance. Eateries walking distance. Lobby sofas had bugs flying out. We got to.room and it was burning got and humid and AC sid.t work. They repaired it.once the maintenance arrived to work at 5pm. The neighbors were fighting extremely loud at 2am therefore sleep was minimal. Pull out sofa was horrible, my poor dad. Upside; Outdoors by pool looks great. Staff on property very nice and responsive but minimal. For the.price it was fair but i probably wouldnt stay here again.

I liked how close it was to the knotts easy access.
Disliked how a noise coming from the ac kept me up most of the night. I let front desk know but all they said was I’m sorry. I rented a hotel room to rest and not drive 3 hours back home, I wasn’t even able to do that. Very disappointed.

Cob webs everywhere, waited 10 min to check in and no one ever came to the desk. Rooms and everywhere dusty and dirty. I don’t recommend.
