Ladies at the registration desk were very nice .
I will not stay there again room and Hotel building are old, run down , dirty and looks like they renting room for people to live there.
Our shower was dirty, there was a desk and chair in our room that looked like they got from the trash. It was so horrible I put one of room towels on it so I could it. Aldo did the same to the sofa chair in the room.
Would not recommend ☹️☹️☹️☹️

The room was very nice and updated. Although the sofa bed was absolutely horrible because the mattress on it was so thin that you could feel the metal frame the frame was also very rickety, I’d made so much noise when tossing and turning. Walls in room 314 had like boogers all over them in random spots. I was kinda grossed out took a baby wipe and got them off.

There were cockroaches in the restroom.
The shower pad was broken and cracked

The property was nice, although there is no elevator. The rooms were clean, however, on entering the room, there was a strong smell of bleach and I had to open the windows and door to help dissipate the smell. There was only one ice machine for the entire property and it wasn’t working. It was suggested by staff to go to Starbucks if ice was needed.

This Hotel is simply out … grossly under maintained in my opinion. The room was redecorated with there being a sliding door seating the sleeping area from the bathroom. There was a bar to hang clothes a microwave and a refrigerator in the bathroom. No privacy the separation from the two spaces were unacceptable. In my opinion this room was not very nice. The bed was bent like a taco and you felt like you were rolling towards the center of the bed. The topper was hell when my sleeping mate discovered an infect in the bed on the wall and in her shoe. Gross to say the least. We left immediately and did not bother sampling the free breakfast. Cause if the room was infested the kitchen could also be. So we bib not want to take a chance.

The pictures online of this hotel were not a good representation of the actual conditions. I booked this hotel because the pictures on ******* looked nice but when we checked in and made it to the room it was dingy, dirty and had a wierd musty smell. It was such a disappointment and so uncomfortable that we had no choice but to return the room keys and leave. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Please do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

Hair was found in bathroom and on shower walls. Sink in bathroom had somekind of melted plastic in it. The floors were semi swepted but were not mopped so very filthy. We requested an extra blanket for the room and were told that they are only available if you are a suite guest.
