Super 8 by Wyndham Buena Vista

The staff is rude. There is diarrhea splattered on the toilet seat. The main lobby smells like there is a sewage leak nearby.

Check in was ok, but when we got into our room there was no remote and trash on the floor. We went to the front desk to get a remote and couldnt get it to work, so she put us in a different room. In that room none of the lights worked. We got moved again and still some of the lights didnt work but at least one did, and the tv worked so we decided we would deal with it. I went to pick up my shoes and found more trash on the floor and it hadnt been vacuumed. The property is lacking normal maintenance and cleaning isn't done thoroughly. I would definitely would not stay there for more than $70 a night.

The outside of the hotel is not impressive but rooms are very clean and refurbished.. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good experience there

Walter, our front desk host,was a pure delight. Shared much about the area, and made our stay most enjoyable.

I liked their wood nature carvings and the unique wooden furniture. But the staff was the best thing. Very friendly and responsive to requests.

Friendly staff but the owners don’t seem to put much TLC or money into the place. Some lights not working, shabby and the rooms look worn and old - needs painting and updating. Carpet in places was being replaced. Needs some investment and it’s very expensive for what you get so not good value. 15 miles further south you will find better accommodation for less money. Bed was comfortable and room seemed clean at least.

Check in was rough, as they are laying new carpet. But the hot tub and pool were available and that was the whole reason we booked a room here. Breakfast was pretty good, although the eggs needed salt.

This place is awesome and the staff is always great. The only difficult part is the parking when the facility is fully booked. Everything worked good, staff very nice and friendly, very clean and very quite. This is our second year visiting. I thank the staff for a very friendly and good experience.
