The apar**ent was reasonably well appointed and comfortable enough for our stay, it is ample in size and space. There was mould in the bathroom which could be removed easily enough. The reception and concierge support was great. And without hassle. The location is good for access to banks, cafes and supermarkets and is central for most activities in Buenos Aires. There are a number of homeless people living adjacent to the apar**ent building near the large bins, but they did not make problems to the guests.

I know this Hotel Since 2004 and visited a couple of times. I near Santa AV, Onje block from 9 de Julio AvV. and les than 5 mins from General San Martin Station (Metro Line C). The guys at the reception are very competent, friendly and attentive. Has 3Elebatores and a pool, restaurant, Sauna, decent Wifi in Lobby and in every floor.. The Hotel has 3 Elevators. Our room was quite big and includes a small refrigerator and a touch induction cooker over the countertop, as well as a microwave. Also there is a 50" Led TV. Air conditioning. Safe deposit Box. The bathroom is well equipped and spacious. Plenty of plugs available in the room (keep in mind that Argentina uses 220V)

We booked this hotel for the night of the 4th November at short notice after our flights were rearranged by the airline meaning we needed a hotel in Buenos Aires for the night. We paid approx $200 for the room (room 303 I think). The room was dirty and incredibly noisy with banging sounds throughout the night. We were so appalled that for the first time ever we took photos of how dirty the room was. We had an early flight so could not complain at the time. I tried to to raise this with the hotel before leaving negative reviews to give them the chance to address the issue. We were appalled at the price we had to pay for a dated, dirty and noisy room. We travel all over the world and as a herpetologist I am used to staying in national park accommodation all over the world which is often very basic. This was by far the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in and even more outrageous at the price paid. I contacted the hotel by email and through booking to raise a complaint and I have still not had a response over 4 weeks later. I do not like leaving negative reviews but we felt completely ripped off and felt we should warn other travellers.

Overall had a really good stay here with my wife. The unit was fairly big, the bedroom was a decent size as well. The living room was unusable as their was no AC and the few days we stayed were quite hot. The only AC unit was the one in the bedroom, which was fine at night, but once the sun came out and the day got hotter it just couldn't keep up anymore.

Great . Would stay again !!!

Suites were very nice and large with full kitchen

My only complain is regarding the charge from ********* (not sure if the hotel has something to do with this). Through time, I collected several free nights and I wanted to redeem one of them, but I was charged anyway.
