Nie wieder! Nicht sauber, wir haben ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss bekommen. Der Lift war defekt und wir mussten alles hoch laufen in den 9. Stock

The location of this hotel is great! The room was very spacious, but the bathroom was pretty small. Stayed here one night and it was easy. Was told breakfast would be included, but upon arrival was told it wasn't. The lobby was really pretty and the room was fine.

Walls paper thin, was awoken at least 3 times with other guest arriving at early hours of the morning and talking endlessly…loudly. Very inconsiderate, but hey Im in a new country so it’s not for me to tell them to shut it! Bed linen extremely cheap and wrinkles easily making the sleep quality very poor, bottom sheet would not stay in place. Managed to totally flood the bathroom owing to inadequate glass inclosure to stop water from staying within the bath. Never got a replacement towel for the soaked one I left out to have taken away. TV kept coming on at random times, so I had to totally disconnect it. Air conditioning rattles so had to turn that off - yet I needed it. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel for a comfortable night. I guess I have learnt that you get what you pay for, it was cheap - for a reason. I did not get any restful sleep at all.

Confortable rooms and excellent location. . However, breakfast was not varied and the waitresses spoke among themseñves , not paying attention to guests. People at the reception desk didn' t help us with our luggage.

Great choice of hotel in one of the safest neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, nice for walking day and night. Small, well organized hotel with clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bed, good shower, and good breakfast. Good price/ value. Highly recommended.

It's a very good place to stay in. Nice building with good facilities and well located. Safe neighborhood. Breakfast is very convenient regarding to the price. Staff is very nice and the cleaning of the room was very good. I slept tight every night. Air conditioner works properly. Sometimes, wifi worked slowly.

I did not like the noisy doors in the elevator going all night long. Matress was old and uncomfortabke. One day the room was left undone. It rained and the corridor was leaking. The did not dry it for one whole day. The toilet did not work well. The shower was low, I had to bend to wash my hair. Shower doors defective.

… This place bears no resemblance to the website. It is under renovation and I would have appreciated to know that at the time of booking. The elevator is another story. I felt sorry for the staff. Overall…from someone that has travelled over 100 days a year this is very close to the worst ever based on expectations they presented. Runaway.
