Nice service and comfy environment. The hotel is conveniently located and the front desk was very helpful and enthusiastic. Room was good, tidy and spacious. Would recommend to all!

A very clean and quiet hotel located in the center of the city. Breakfast is simple but quite enough for any taste. Loved our stay here.

Spent two days here- the room was huge and comes with fridge and microwave. The hotel itself and room was extremely clean. My family and I enjoyed the time we spent here.

非常棒的酒店，高性價比。雖然酒店有些年頭，但乾淨整潔寬敞。餐廳和前台服務員都很願意幫忙。早餐也非常不錯，經典的美式早餐，種類該有的都有了。

Room was very nice..good size..clean. Breafast waa geeat. Unfortunately..the room smelled like smoke which was very unsatisfactory. We alerted management who advised they could not switch rooms due to being fully booked. They offered to remedy the situation by putting in an ionizer but it did not remove the smell.

Check in was absolute disaster. Had 3 rooms booked for a large group. 1 room was ready on time (3pm check in). 2nd room wasn’t ready until 4:30 and 3rd room 5:30.. had to wait in a large line every time to inquire about the status because only 1 person was working the desk. Which is ridiculous for a Saturday and when everyone’s check in is 3pm. Rooms were only supplied with 1 towel (I checked off 4 people staying in the room upon booking). We called 3 times to bring us more and they never brought them.
I will say however, the lady working the desk was very nice and professional. She was taking lots of flack from everyone because many more were in this situation. Upper management is clearly an issue with this place if this is the standard they set for their employees and customers.
