熱水壺很髒很噁心，裡面都是水垢都沒在清
電熱水器洗沒幾分鐘就沒熱水
房間隔音超爛，都還能聽到隔壁房開關門的聲音，而且還很大聲
員工態度不佳，不積極幫助顧客
不要來真的很爛🙂

Value for money in off peak period, clean, has fridge, ac, convenient location, friendly staff, good on site catering options (Full English Breakfast €6 and yummy)

Bed sheets were so old and thin you could see through them. Beds were also old and uncomfortable. Very unfriendly and when I requested a blanket the first night (they only had sheets on the bed) we were given 2 awful scratchy lap blankets. The next day we requested a softer blanket and was given a better one that was a double size for the 2 of us that was also well used. It felt more like a hostel type room.

Definitely stay at The Buccaneers when going to Malta. My family and I will not stay anywhere else. The staff are amazing, clean rooms with air conditioning, great location, delicious food and a pool on the roof 🤩

Absolutely disgraceful service ! Due to the Covid pandemic William Hatherly issued me with a credit note, he said he was unable to refund me the money I'd already paid in full to him. I was unable to find a plane to Malta due to lack of flights and Covid restrictions. So, instead of extending the credit note until I'm able to catch a flight he just confiscated all of my payment.

Yet another great stay at the buccaneers. Family run with all staff going that extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. Amazing food and drink all at a high standard. Spotlessly clean and all rooms air conditioning. Hope to see you again soon .

We stayed for one week, the room (18) was quiet small for this length of time. The shower tray let water on the floor and also there was a leak from the pipe going into the cistern on the toilet. The room was serviced daily and overall the everything was clean. For the price we paid it was good value.
