AX Odycy Hotel

It was very comfortable relax atmosphere in our room, so I recommend this hotel. We used all the facilities and can approve that they are perfect for cozy vacation.

Hotel ist sehr schön. Neu renovierte Gebäude. Service ist Mega, immer begrüßt werden und sehr Nett außer an Top Deck Pool, da haben wir Jacuzzi genutzt (kostenlos) aber wurde ausgewiesen für andere Gäste, obwohl es noch andere freie Jacuzzi gibt. Alles andere ist schon, vor allem zu Front Office, Floor Manager und Housekeeping. Leider hat Trip.com eine falsche Buchung an der Hotel gebucht. Laut Trip.com bekommen wir Meerblick, aber bei Buchung in Hotel bekommen wir Landblick. Zum Glück war Hotel sehr Nett und das Zimmer wurde gewechselt.

We were staying in this hotel for 3 days, everything was just perfect, tidy, modern rooms, big spadeful corridors, good food, nice places to catch a sun, many swimmingpools, good connection with restaurants around we were a team of 30 people Miss Universe Malta participants. I can say that for 100% I will be back

Pros Amazing hotel 4 star Friendly and very helpful staff Clean throughout the whole hotel Wide variety of food (Breakfast serving ) on 2 separate floors Wine, beer and prosecco served free during breakfast Several swimming pools, 2 small waist height located on the roof of the hotel, 1 long again shoulder height pool, located on the lower ground of the hotel complex 2 Hot Tubs located on the roof of the hotel Water slides for kids and adults, located lower floor of the hotel complex Sun loungers located on the top of the roof and lower ground floor Water slide attendant Poolside Towels are located by the pools Several bars on the lower ground, ground floor, floors 10 and 11 24 hour reception Free luggage storage before check in and after check out Luggage is delivered to rooms after check in Several seating and relaxing areas on ground and lower ground of hotel Rooms Rooms cleaned dailyFlat screen TV Cable, you tube and Netflix Toiletries Towels Free electronic safe Large single and double beds Balconies with chairs and table Air conditioning Fridge Free complimentary water Electronic swipe for room door entry, ( which is attached to your wrist ) Smoking is allowed on balconies Hot beverages, kettle and cutlery in all rooms Cons All 3 rooms the fridges were warm and not cold No black out curtains, daylight comes through the curtains early in the morning ( i need darkness) If you are located right at the front of the hotel, it gets noisy from the immediate road traffic Hot tubs could be hotter as opposed to luke warm No hot tubs located on lower ground when the main large pool is. No shower room to get changed into swimming wear near the pools No up or down arrows when waiting for the lifts which are far apart from each other Credit card is needed to get towel cards ( 35 euros deposit per towel card) so don't lose it When i and my friends arrived at the hotel we were too early to be checked in, our luggage was stored so that we could get something to eat, when we came back and checked in, we were given a free upgrade, our upgraded room was amazing, both double large open planned rooms and 2 bathrooms, large single and double beds, separate TV’s and hot and cold beverages. The next day due to the room being pre booked we were again given another Free update, this time myself and friend were given a family room which was huge, both rooms had their our separate balconies, the only downside was there was just 1bathroom, this fridge was also warm so i put cold water in the bin to keep my bottled lemonade cold. Lower breakfast restaurant is fully self-service with a huge selection of food, the upper breakfast restaurant is bigger, you are allocated a seating area, the selection of food is vast and you can request to the chiefs who you want yourtewl eggs or omelette cooked. Summary Lovely hotel and for the cheap price we paid , I didn't expect it to be as great as it was, would definitely come back again

Mohan service is excellent. He was very kind and helpful. Today is the Valentine Day and he made this beautiful swan for us. We enjoy staying here. Breakfasts are delicious and there is chaimpagne served. The view from the 11th floor is breathtaking.
