Paradise Plaza Luxury Hotel

The rooms are spacious but the staff were quite rude to us. The restaurant staff are not pleasant either. Our experience was ruined by the interaction we had with the reception staff when we were due to check out, especially with the older man who seemed to be in charge. Would not stay here again.

The room size is big. More than ample for two persons. Great location. Close to historical sites. I like that they serve a hot breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended hotel. Thank you for the arrangement, Antique Travel!🎉🎉

Room is spacious and bed is firm and comfortable. Good spread for buffet breakfast and housekeeping is responsive. Courteous service from staff. Location is accessible & within walking distance to tourist attractions.

Excellent rooms. Well and tastefully furnished with very good amenities like glass jug kettle, large screen LCD TV and bedside USB charging ports. The bed is firm and the pillows are great. The breakfast is excellent and special mention of the omelette. It's not to be missed. The spread is good and generous. The hotel's private courtyard is wonderful and it's quite and serene. Highly recommended.

The hotel room is remarkably clean, spacious and comfortable ! The beds are firm, the toilet is amazingly clean! We truly enjoyed the breakfast spread which is much better than the other hotels we stayed in Uzbekistan. Most importantly, there is good Internet access even in the rooms! The location of the hotel is excellent with walking distance to the bazaars. There are always a welcome drink waiting for me at the hotel lobby after a trip out shopping.

The room is very big and nice and clean. Staffs are friendly and could speak in English. Bathroom is clean and spacious. Hot water is constant. Shower is great. There is a fridge to keep my beers fresh and cool when I want to chill in the room. There is a glass kattle to boil water. Breakfast is great.

Really enjoyed our time here. The hotel was new, very clean and less than 10 minutes walk to town. Breakfast was very good (lots of fruit), and the restaurant was also very good (but a bit expensive). A few details would make it even better.....an ATM, another bedside table and reading lamps.

Located just outside the old historic centre of Bokhara, quite a lot of traffic noise. The room was spacious with a walk in shower, hairdryer, fridge, A/C. The beds were pushed together to make a large double so the sockets were in the middle of the bed and only one side had a bedside table. The dining room is in the basement, breakfast was good with plenty of hot and cold choices. Dinner started with beautiful, flavousome salads but some of the chicken was undercooked, dessert was poor. Live music was quite a distraction. Staff were good.
