Big4 River Myall Holiday Resort

Best caravan park, cannot fault it. If you have kids it has everything to make your stay enjoyable. The amenities are very clean, camp kitchen the best and games room fantastic. Staff are great, this is our 2nd visit and will be back again. This is the sort of place you don’t have to leave it’s more like a resort than a caravan park

Is by far the best Holiday Park-Resort, had booked for one night and had to book a second Used the Maytag washing machine and the dryer, excellent The reception was magnificent, thanks, was her name, Kim, thanks. Was on my way to Seal Rocks, next year one night and three in Bulahdelah. That's all

After a long drive we stumbled across this little gem for an overnight stay! What an absolute delight.. Helpful and polite staff, Beautiful ensuite style bathrooms, clean drive through site (not technically drive through, but didn’t have to unhitch.. but most should be able to reverse a van no problems ) Kids room, Adults only retreat room, lovely views! A short walk to local bakery and coffee. Pool and kids activities. Pool wasn’t heated, but didn’t stop the kids having a splash.. Dinner watching the sunset and kids had a movie on the big screen in the kids room. Wish we had more time to explore this beautiful little town.

First class facilities clean updated and functioning as they should. The park has many things to keep occupied from basket ball, mini golf tennis to farm animals and great walks. We stayed in a cabin, it was new clean and a delight to stay in. Do yourself a favour and stay here.

This park is in a great spot, the amenities are very clean best ever ones I’ve seen at a caravan park. The staff are amazing they go above and beyond to make a great stay so friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back and highly recommend this caravan park.

Our brief stay at BIG4 River Myall Holiday Resort was nothing short of AMAZING!! Kim and Gary and their staff were super friendly on arrival & our request to change site closer to amenities was easily accommodated. The park is very well planned out, beautifully landscaped gardens & manicured lawns, with very large easy to access powered sites (standard sites are a generous 10m x 13m). The amenities are extremely modern, spacious & absolutely IMMACULATE, hands down the cleanest we have ever experienced whilst caravanning! Even our 7 & 10 year old children were impressed by the space & cleanliness, & they are usually only worried about pool, play areas & of course WiFi. The shower cubicle rooms are a great idea for families & compromise of an individual toilet, shower, hand basin & hand dryer in each. In addition, there are spotless stand alone male/ female toilet blocks with individual Dyson hand dryers. Other accommodation inc. modern villas & glamping tents. Other facilities inc. a large fully enclosed camp kitchen/ living/ games area with surrounding deck, a laundry room, dog wash, pool with slide, jumping pillow, BBQ area, playground & tennis court. The park is in walking distance to the main st, cafes, supermarket & Bowling Club (where we had an excellent meal, I recommend the sticky pork belly salad)! All locals we encountered in Buladelah were welcoming & friendly, it seems like a really nice spot. Power is metered but please do not let that deter you, we paid $1.60 for the night. We had such a pleasant experience at BIG4 River Myall and will be back with our family again for many years to come I’m sure! Upon arrival my first impression was it a new caravan park. All facilities were clean the pool was clean, and awesome to swim in. Bbq facilities were clean and amazing. They had a lounge room area for visitors to enjoy. A very big enclosed kitchen area too. Overall would visit again.

Excellent Caravan Park. One difference we had to pay for electricity separate on leaving. Not expensive at all although we use nearly all gas. Very different although you can understand as people waste and don't turn things off when not necessary. No cement slabs - using green matting instead- Fantastic They have a small amount of animals the kids love seeing - goats, cows, sheep and lamas for feeding. Clean tidy very quiet and a close walk to town and all facilities Buladelah has only minimal shops. - necessary ones - IGA, butchers, bakery, Olivers, post office, hotel. Will use this park again when in this area.

We stayed for a week over Dec/ Jan 2023/2024. Plenty to do for the kids, with jumping pillow, pool, animal feeding, kayaking, riding, lounge/games room. Park has large sites for caravan parking and isn’t massive. Good clean amenities with brilliant ensuite shower style bathrooms at the amenities. The owner/ operator was quite strict though with rules and a bit unfair on older kids, which made the stay slightly unpleasant for them. Hotel is close by such that you could walk to it and also the shops and cafes on the Main Street were walking distance too. It was nice but prob wouldn’t stay again as couldn’t relax fully when kids get in trouble for riding a few minutes after sunset when there still visible light.
