Great little place in Burbank. We checked in late at night but were still greeted very warmly. Their lot was already full, so we had to find a spot on the road - which we got pretty easily! Room was impeccable and smelled really good - super important after a long day of travel. The location worked very well for us since our trip was planned for Universal Studios!

Me and my son stayed for 3 nights. Planned our trip to Universal and it was perfect. Close to the park and restaurants. The front desk peeps were super friendly and helpful. Thank you Erin for the great conversation! I wish you many awesome journeys in your life!
I highly recommend staying at the Tangerine Hotel for any overnight stay. We’ll be back!!

We loved staying here! Staff was so friendly and the location was great, conveniently located near restaurants and coffee shops. Even was able to get my nails done up the street. 😊

Absolutely loved the Tangerine, if we ever find ourselves back in LA for a universal studios trip we will definitely be staying there again. It’s incredible close to a metro bus station that is a skip and hop away from universal!

The Tangerine is an older motel that is kept in good condition. It is well located in downtown Burbank. The sheets were changed daily and were pressed. The towels were in excellent condition and good quality. Our bathroom had a crack in the ceiling from a leak in the unit above but was otherwise cleaned very well daily.
Hot drinks and pastries are offered in the morning. The pastries are made by a local charitable group, a noble gesture but are not very not very good. With Porto's bakery close by we chose to skip the Tangerine offerings. There is a very good Mexican restaurant next store for lunch or dinner. We would stay at the Tangerine again as it is close to where we regularly visit.
