Πληρώσαμε σχεδόν 500 $ ανά διανυκτέρευση και συνειδητοποιήσαμε λίγο μετά από αυτό το μέρος συνήθως κοστίζει περίπου 150 $. Δεν είμαι σίγουρος γιατί η μεγάλη πτώση των τιμών. Είναι σίγουρα περισσότερο από 150,00 $ τιμή. Το σπα ήταν γεμάτο με παιδιά που δεν έμεναν καν στο ξενοδοχείο. Οι φυσαλίδες δεν λειτούργησαν στο σπα. Το πάτωμα του μπάνιου είχε τρίχες κατά τον έλεγχο καθώς και κάτι που έμοιαζε με γέμιση μαξιλαριού στο χαλί. Το μενού του εστιατορίου φαινόταν καταπληκτικό, αλλά το δοκιμάσαμε την πρώτη μέρα της αλλαγής του μενού που δεν πήγε τόσο καλά. Πρέπει να είχαν κατακλυστεί, κάτι που μας άφησε υποτονικούς. Πληρώσαμε για την αναβάθμιση με θέα στη λίμνη, αλλά το δωμάτιό μας ήταν ακριβώς μπροστά από δέντρα, οπότε δεν μπορούσαμε να δούμε καθόλου τη λίμνη. (κάτι που πρέπει να σου πουν όταν πληρώσεις την αναβάθμιση). Θα πω ότι η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική και το προσωπικό της ρεσεψιόν ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλικό. Αλλά δεν θα πλήρωνα σχεδόν 2000 $ για μια διαμονή τριών διανυκτερεύσεων εδώ ξανά. Έχουμε πληρώσει λιγότερα για ξενοδοχεία 5 αστέρων.

J'ai adoré la cueillette sur le lac champlain, lit très confortable et le service parfait! Je recommande les yeux fermés. On nous a même accommodé pour rester 1h de plus.

We love the property but noticed that surrounding area has deteriorated -more homeless people, but we will stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

While I didn’t get the room that I reserved I did get an 8th floor room with a phenomenal view of the lake (I received an accessibility room but reserved a king room with pull out and lake view.)
As I mentioned the view was amazing, the floor was quiet, all of the staff that I encountered were friendly and welcoming. The pool area and parking lot were clean; someone restocked towels at the pool within minutes of me calling to say they were out.
The hotel parking was easy and right down the street from both Church Street marketplace and the lake. Everything was easy and quick to get to.
There were less than 10 unhoused people in tents across the street from the hotel but that is through no fault of the hotel; no one ever bothered us and we (2 females) never felt unsafe.
Not only would I recommend the hotel and area (this was our first time there), we’re planning to return in a few months.

The room was on the top floor and had a beautiful view of the lake. Bed was very comfortable. Had to adjust the TV to see it from the bed. Walk-in shower was nice and soaps were adequate. Restaurant on the first floor was amazing though very pricey. Wasn't expecting to see as many unhoused persons tents near the hotel. My car was broken into though only souvenirs were stolen. We parked in the garage under the hotel.

- not good that there is no security check to prevent non-residents coming from the garage from entering swimming pool area. Card swipes required elsewhere and should be required for those coming from garage into hotel at pool level.
- water is over chlorinated - makes coffee taste awful

This property is right downtown, within walking distance to historic Church street area which has everything you need from shopping, dining even a laundromat. The property was clean , quiet and staff was professional. I would definitely stay here again.
