I would definitely recommend Aloha Apartments for a stay on Norfolk Island. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, loved that they had free lady finger bananas available for anyone to take and enjoy and the units were comfortable.

The property was spotlessly clean and tidy, with a safe open feel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and did have everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. The location of the property is fantastic being close to everything in the main street and only short distances from all the attractions. An added bonus is the cafe adjoining the property which is open 7 days and serves lovely meals and great coffee.

The Alpha Apartments were modern, clean, everything from a picnic basket, torch, hairdryer, very comfortable king size bed and overall a wonderful unit with also good service by staff Overall we would highly recommend your Apartments, thank you for helping make our holiday a very pleasant experience!

Just returned from a very enjoyable week on Norfolk Island. The apartment at Aloha was excellent: it was of a very high standard with all the features you need to a relaxing stay. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen were spotlessly clean and the fittings were of a high standard as was the lunge/dining area. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I thoroughly recommend staying at Aloha and book direct - there is a discount - see their website.

We spent a week at Aloha Apartments in beautiful Norfolk Island. The apartments are immaculate and roomy with just about everything you’ll need for your stay including a fully equipped kitchen. Beds are very comfy. The staff are just lovely and very obliging. Location is great too - right in town so it’s an easy walk to cafes, shops, clubs (Bowls Club has great food too! Leagues Club, RSL) Highly recommend Aloha.

I needed to stay here one night because my booking at Governors Lodge was mucked up. The rooms/apartment was small but included everything you'd need. The furnishings looked new and tasteful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Two criticisms only - The Departure Lounge is a good idea but the toilet is weirdly cramped. You wouldn't want to be tall. It could do with a spruce up. It's not very comfortable. What I missed most when I had to move was greenery. The Aloha is a little stark and was hot to walk around

Aloha Apartments was the ideal central location for my stay on Norfolk Island. The suite was very comfortable, clean and well-stocked. The pool was a great place to cool off and generally relax after exploring the island. The staff were welcoming and always helpful.

Clean comfortable apartments ideally located in Burnt Pine. The staff are fantastic, friendly,efficient and helpful. We were a group of 20 and had a wonderful week on beautiful Norfolk Island. I recommend Aloha to visitors wanting the best accommodation at a good price.

Had an absolutely fantastic time there, the apartments was great and the staff were so lovely, i am looking forward to booking again and would recommend anyone going to Norfolk Island to stay here, you will not want to check out. Regards Scott Firmstone
