We started off with a bad experience in this hotel. They gave us the keys for our room and we found out that wasn’t clean at all. All dirty laundry around room was disgusting. They send ladies to clean while we were waiting in the hallway. Second night around 1:30 AM we heard some noise and my husband discover leaking from the bathroom ceiling right next to the light. We call the reception and the guy came and said that they don’t have any service to fix that in the middle of the night. We asked for another room and he waited by the door until we pack all our stuff. He give us a little room next to all kitchen exhaust, and all other connectors. It was noisy and smelly. I said that I don’t want to stay there. The guy said that they will get the better room in the morning. When I called in the morning another person was working at the reception, he did not know what I was talking about. So after all explaining and hustling we got “better room”. It was junior suite so outdated that you couldn’t believe you are in 5 star hotel. Wooden walls were greasy and dirty, all facets are about to fall off and water was spraying all around. The tile floor was so dirty, it was just disgusting. The food was ok, very small variety. Once for dinner we got the wrong order, my husband did not eat since he had seafood rice instead of mushroom rice and they wanted us to pay anyway which I refused. At the checkout they wanted us to pay “upgraded” room, which I refused. Our 6 days of nightmare.

5 yıldızlı bir otel icin hayal kırıklığı. Otel ortalama bir 3-4 yıldızlı otel gorünümünde. Odamızdaki banyoda su sızıntısı vardı, her duş sonrası yerler sırılsıklam oldu, havlularla suyu cektirmeye calistik. Lavabo muslugu yamuk duruyordu. Otelin renovasyondan gectigi soyleniyor ama sanirim bizim kaldigimiz oda unutulmus. Odaya kahve koymuslar ama sut tozu yok. Mini bar bos, cesitli paketler yapmislar isterseniz oda servisinden 4-5 urun paket olarak siparis verebiliyorsunuz, tek birsey alamiyorsunuz. Otelin kahvalti alani vasat, 3 yildizli bir otel gorunumunde ve haftasonu kalabaligini da kaldirmiyor, oturacak yer ariyorsunuz. Kahvalti kalitesi buradaki yorumlarda da cok yazilmisti, duzeltilmesi gerekli. Spa alaninda termal havuz otantik, orjinalligi korumuslar bu guzel ve fakat ornegin jakuzi gorevi de olan ilave havuzlar olmali. Spa alanini da oyle buyuk beklemeyin yani, bir havuz ve oturma alanlari ama oturma alanlarinda haftasonu yine yer bulmak cok zor. Masaj, kese kopuk gibi hizmetler ise cok daha luks otellerden bile pahali nerdeyse. Bali masaji secmistik, oyle harika bir masaj da dedirtmedi. Kese kopukle rahatladik neyse ki. Uzun lafin kisasi verdigimiz paraya bizce degmedi, ayni bolgede benzer fiyatlardaki diger otellerim daha yeni ve daha guzel olma ihtimali cok yuksek. Bir dahaki sefere onlari deneyecegiz.

Otelin iç kısımları bakımlı ama kaldığımız oda biraz eski idi. TV eski. Kasa çalışmıyordu. Kapıların bir elden geçmesi gerekir

Old building but in great shape, this hotel was visited by many local and international politicians, actors, singers. Great views over Bursa, great Spa and everything. It was the second time staying here and definitely not the last. Major problem, most staff are unable to speak English, not even at a very basic conversation level. It is very frustrating in a five star hotel not to be able to have a decent interaction with front desk or restaurant staff because of a language barrier.

Odamiz sehir manzarali olsa daha memnun kalirdik. Ama hersey mukemmele yakındı.

Stayed for 1 night to visit the local area, was easy for us as we had a car but even if you dont the attractions are all together in the centre so just a 5 min car journey away & then everything on foot. The hotel is one of the oldest but has been refurbished & in immaculate condition although the bathroom had a dated bath & would have preferred a walk in shower. İts located high up with views over the whole city & opposite a beautiful park if you like a bit of nature and an Archeololgical museum so perfect location. İt has its own hot springs so definitely bring your swimwear & you can have a hammam experience (this is an extra charge but worth it) You cant visit Bursa & not have iskender & best place for this is in the Botanik gardens-dont forget to wander upstairs to check out the history Every day at 4pm theres the changing of the guards at the tomb by the clock tower-try to plan your day around this. Got peckish at around midnight & had the club sandwich, as you can see from the photo it was delivious & more than enough for 2. Would definitely recommend & stay here again.

One of the hotels we stayed as part of our group itinerary. Room amenities are functional. Toilet has bidet like set up. Air conditioning has heater set up since it was winter time. Quaint lobby. Thermal spa services offered. Fast and free wifi. Tv has limited channels and very few English language programs. Breakfast and dinner buffet spread at main restaurant quite respectable. Staff are polite and many of them had sincere smiles.

Wonderful hotel. Right across from a very nice park. Great location and wonderful staff. They have wonderful swimming pools; one of which has natural water. Cigdem (in the reception area) helped us often and she was amazing. Very helpful.
