Managed to check in at 2pm even though standard check in is 3pm unlike most hotels which are really strict. Location is splendid! Walking distance to subway station, beach, lots of food options. Not much amenities provided and tv was really hard to operate.

The location is extremely good, next to the station exit 5 and just 5 mins walk to the beach. Along the street, there are lots of restaurants - fried chicken, fish cake and the tradition market with seafood restaurants. Olive Young is just opposite to the hotel

The location was great . The food was awesome . Just the room is a little not as wide as I expected. So far this is smaller than other Ramada hotel we visited in Jeju City, Hamdeok and Seogwepo.
Overal it was nice stay.

Good location with Starbucks and e-Mart 24 hrs.
Poor communication skill in English. But will try their best to help. They will come up to the room within 5min. Excellent response.
The walkway to the room is extremely dark which make packing of luggage tough, as the room is small, there is not much space to put 2 luggage.
Hope to see improvement in lighting of the room.
There is only heater in the room thus the room
Is very stuffy. No ac.. you will go open the window and my room
Is facing the road so you will hear traffic
Towel is torn and old. Hope to see improvement.

Strategically located where convenient shops and plenty of restaurants and eateries are all available within walking distance. Taxis are also easily available in the area.
The cleanliness is great and service is prompt and quick. They do have many staff who speak English.

Excelente hotel, the location is the best. There are lots of shops and restaurants a block away. Beautiful area y great hotel. I highly recommend it.
Big plus the service is awesome too.
