Best location and very nice room.. Receptionist very friendly and doing a great job.. For the room i book premium king deluxe room and the room was very nice.. Have a bathtub also in that room have a ceiling fan + aircond.. For those who cant’t stand the coldness of the aircond, can use ceiling fan.. Overall it was a very nice hotel and will repeat it!

Happy staying here, the best staying here where it is located in a city that have mall, shops, club petrol stations Starbucks , banks and many type of facilities here and been provided. Always staying here, Sometimes we feel tired facing traffic jammed on the road.

Aroma Hotel Butterworth provided a comfortable and pleasant stay. The room was cozy and well-equipped, offering everything needed for a restful night. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a warm welcome. Overall, a good choice for accommodation in Butterworth.

The location is good , waking distance to shops and restaurants.
We attended friend’s wedding and this hotel is nearby.

Good location with many nearby F&B outlets.
Need to improve on housekeeping and room maintenance.
Bedsheets has suspicious black stain on it.
