Great location traveling in the Trivia area. The staff is great. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay will exploring the Algarve region

Good Hotel at a reasonable price. The part we stayed in was clean and modern, nice spacious room. I liked the spa - Sauna / steam room / Jacuzzi and the breakfast was good. However no room service, and lunch / dinner seemed to be an all you can eat buffet, which is fine if thats your thing. Pool looked a bit of an odd colour and I couldn't find the gym. However overall worth the money and enjoyed our stay, would come back.

EL HOTEL ES PRECIOSO, SU PERONAL ES MUY AMABLE PERO HABIA SOLICITADO CAMA DE MATRIMONIO E HICIERON OIDOS SORDOS. TAMPOCO ME GUSTA QUE EL BAÑO SE VEA DESDE LA CAMA PORQUE HAY COSAS INTIMAS QUE NO SE DEBERIAN VER, TENIA UNA CORTINA QUE SE VEIA TODO. DESAYUNO CORRECTO

Hotel com excelentes instalações. O sítio perfeito para aproveitar o bom tempo do Algarve. Próximo de uma praia fantástica.
O pacote de escolhi foi de alojamento e pequeno almoço. O único ponto fraco foi mesmo a qualidade do produtos no pequeno almoço. Os sumos são de pouquíssima qualidade, mini pastelaria quase inexistente e wafles muitos más. O mesmo se repete ao jantar. Decidimos jantar no hotel e o buffet é muito pobre e sem qualidade.
Não sei se está relacionado com os pacotes all inclusive que maioria dos hóspedes tem, mas acho que é um ponto a melhorar para a satisfação dos clientes.
Adoramos na mesma, mas sem dúvida que caso volte, farei as refeições fora do hotel.

This hotel is beautifully situated albeit in a rather marshy area but near to a small local village. Not too commercialised fortunately. The rooms are a good size but did get hot at night presumably as with most hotels ac is turned off. Good room servicing but slightly annoying in that it did not take place until towards the end of each afternoon. Food was very varied and well prepared and enjoyable and delivered with good wine and beer selection. We were given tokens for served evening meal with sittings at 7 pm or 9 pm although thereafter these were amalgamated to one sitting at 8 pm. This was a bit late for us and frankly the buffet food was much better so we did not bother again with the set meal. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and we would love to go back again. There was a boat to go across to the local island which had a fabulously long beach on the far side. Word of caution though when the tide was low the boat could not get right up to the beach and one of us fell in the sea. Very warm weather though so soon dried off! Quite a lot of mosquitoes around especially in the evening but although lots of bites these were not really troublesome. All in all an excellent choice and can highly recommend.
