Liked the number of pools and the entertainment at them, although it could have been better. For instance, no foam parties... The drinks were great and so was the food options.
Did not like needing to take golf carts to get around so often. Also, significant lack of entertainment at night

Very nice time although it seems like I received conflicting information every time I asked a staff person a question. A little older property than I like but overall, a good time.

This was our third trip to Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. We continue to come here because it impresses us every time. We really haven’t seen a reason to go yo any other resort. Dining options, service from staff, views, rooms, pools, so many good things we love about this resort.

Excellent views of the ocean and surrounding area from almost everywhere. Food selection and quality was amazing and very tasty. Multiple pool options available with shallow water for young kids and ample seating. Some of the ground-mounted umbrellas at the kids pool did not create enough shade and could not be moved. The resort is built into the side of a cliff, so they have an efficient golf cart service to quickly shuttle people around.

We had an amazing time! it truly exceeded all of our expectations! The grounds are beautiful! The food was amazing! loved the restaurants and marketplace. The staff could not have been better. Everyone was happy, kind, and so helpful. It was a perfect week! can’t wait to go back.

Most amazing views! Friendly staff. Property well kept. Prompt service, including golf cart drivers. So many pool options. Only complaint would be I wish our rooms were cleaner. Toilets, floors, showers, etc

We liked the beautiful grounds, the view, the food, the staff and the pools. We didn't like calling for transportation from the room to get around the property. More dedicated footpaths (without cart traffic), elevators and escalators could make it more walkable

The ocean view is fantastic.
Room condition is not good(lack of amenities).
I think there can be some likes and dislikes about using a golf cart when moving.

Truly one of my favorite resorts in Cabo. The staff is incredible, the food is amazing, the rooms are spacious, clean, and well appointed. The only bad thing I experienced (on two separate visits) was that there were no towels available at the pool. The first occasion we had to wait 30 minutes before fresh towels arrived and on the second occasion, we waited about 2 hours. They did tell us that their laundering machines had broken and that they needed to bring them in from one of their sister resorts. Other than that, incredible stay.
