The property has exceptional views over the city and the harbour. Inside, the retro feel has been applied beautifully to complement the historic features and the volumes. There is a rare style to the place that makes for a memorable experience. The food in the restaurant is superb. It’s comfortable, elegant, great service with a great wine list.

This was by far the most outstanding hotel experience I had. The rooms were large, tastefully designed with a blend of original charm and modern comforts. I was amazed by the stunning sea views. The staff were exceptionally warm and accommodating—the friendliest I ever encountered—and made me feel right at home, Michele was great. Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of delicious options. Though the hotel is located on higher ground, a nearby bastioni with a lift makes it easier to get around. It’s perfectly situated close to all the main attractions in Cagliari, shopping and restaurants.The intimate atmosphere of this small hotel adds a personal touch, making you feel truly valued. I would return without hesitation, especially because of the incredible staff. Absolutely worth the extra cost.

This was absolutely the best hotel we ever stayed at, Rooms were large and decorated tastefully with original details , but still provided modern amenities . View of sea was incredible. . Staff was so friendly and helpful. Nicest people we ever encountered . Felt like family . Breakfast was delicious as well. The hotel is high up and there is a lot of walking but there is a park down the block that has a lift . Near everything that Cagliari has to offer. Small hotel that makes you feel special . I would absolutely stay here again because of the people who manage it and work there . Worth the splurge

Amazing! Historic! Unique! Amazing location! Quaint! If you want a 5 star accommodation coupled with an authentic Old world Italian experience you have found your place. On a quiet street right next to an amazing square with views of the ocean. Lots of space and comforts perfectly blended with the history of Sardinia. Staff is so helpful anticipating every need, and going so above and beyond. I travel regularly it takes a lot to blow me away and I am so impressed. Beautiful space, comfort, and perfect location!

It was a truly unique experience, our room was very romantic it also has a nice terrace with a beautiful view and the hotel is in an excellent location. Hotel staff Cecilia, Michele and Mario were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely love to come again

Ho viaggiato moltissimo e ho soggiornato in migliaia di alberghi di qualità in tutto il mondo. Stanze così belle non le ho mai trovate da nessuna parte. E nemmeno personale così gentile. Esperienza unica. Indimenticabile. Celestiale. Andate. Provate. Avrete un bellissimo tesoro da custodire nella memoria. Per ripensare a quell’esperienza. E per ritornare.

Esperienza eccellente, Mario e Michele persone splendide nell' accoglienza e nel preoccuparsi che tutto vada bene per il cliente. Carlo grande professionista al bar della struttura che offre delle colazioni alla carta sorprendenti. Grazie per il fine settimana trascorso con l' augurio di ritrovarvi presto.

Spitzenklasse in der Kategorie Stadthotel. Besser geht es nicht! Traumhaft gelegen, stilvolle Zimmer, wunderschönes Hotel, bester und freundlicher Service und leckere Speisen. Schon der Empfang bei der Ankunft war unübertroffen freundlich und herzlich! Hier ist der Gast König!

Cortesia, gentilezza e professionalità da parte di tutto il personale. Arredamento sofisticato originale ed inaspettato, di gran gusto e con attenzione a tutti i dettagli. La posizione è ideale per visitare la città e soprattutto è da segnalare la vista privilegiata direttamente dalle camere.
