My family and I arrived very late at night and not having booked due to change of location forced by a medical issue. Royce was extremely accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and he even supplied us with food items to tide us over for the night. Comfortable apartment and great service. Thank you.

If your looking for a nice safe accommodation to stay at. Reef Gateway is one I would highly recommend. For weeks we were communicating with Royce when the Cairns floods impacted our travel from NT but Royce made everything less stressful and easy to change our dates and he and the team went above and beyond for us. We booked 2 x 2 bedroom ground floor apartments. It's lovely, clean and fresh with added complimentary snacks on arrival. Close to everything and was lovely air-conditioned apartments with good cooking facilities, fridge, washing machine to make our stay feel like home. Thanks Royce and team we will be sure to book again when we have another big holiday. We loved our stay for our families travelling from Sydney and Darwin. Many thanks Cass and family

This is a little gem, not your run of the mill hotel accommodation, the management really went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated. It’s by no means your upmarket hotel style accommodation, but it’s clean, quiet and close to town. Full kitchen, great size bedrooms and did I mention the complimentary snacks.. Will definitely be staying here when we are in Cairns next. Thank you

Loved our stay! Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, but it was Royce, the host, who really got out of his way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. He left some treats for the kids, gave us good tips while staying there and helped us with the luggage when we arrived and when we left. Those small but very much appreciated details that are quite hard to find these days, thanks so much! We definitely recommend these apartments for anyone and specially families ☺️

We stayed in these apartments for two weeks while our family member was in Cairns Base hospital. The staff were super caring and accommodating and did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible. They went out of their way to help us and I am super grateful for everything they did for us during this time.

Perfect accommodation for our stay in Cairns! Royce went above and beyond for us, supplying blankets and extra towels when necessary. Clean, comfortable apartment in a great location. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was large, clean and tidy. The location was very good being easy driving distance to restaurants, the esplanade and main roads if you want to drive to the sights around Cairns. The pool area was nice. The bedrooms facing the Cairns hospital would benefit from blackout curtains.

quick stay for the night as we arrived a day early due to Virgin changing our flights for the fourth time The Hotel was nice the pool looked ok the location was fine the unit smelt a little musky due to not many staying because of Covid but NOT far from the Hospital if you need to stay for family medical stuff the room was clean as well
