Cala Bona

Excellent barista style coffee , best we had on our trip , great location to watch the world go by , good prices too . Right in the harbour. Service was quick considering how busy it was . I would return and consider the hotel in the future. 5 stars

What a fantastic hotel. We had 2 rooms overlooking the pool and they were as good as any TUI Blue I have stayed in. We didn't use the pool but it look lovely and the sun loungers were very comfortable. A great bonus was the opening of the new Spa. Very luxurious and the fluffiest towels I have used. Sauna, steam room, pool and gym. Entertainment was very good and a good mix. Staff are the nicest I have ever come across. Isabel on reception really went out of her way for us. The lady at the pool bar was so freindly. It felt like a happy hotel as the staff were so nice. Food was really good, plenty of choice and a microwave if you like food really hot. Great location as well. Thank you to all the staff at Cala Bona Hotel.

Be warned, there are professional thieves operating in the reception of the hotel. My wife had 70 euros taken from her person yesterday 22nd April .although no fault of the hotel or staff. So be aware of people around you in this area . If someone asks you for change. Ignore them and walk away. According to reception staff, my wife was not the first.

Arrived home yesterday after a weeks holiday at this hotel, wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is located by the harbour. We were on a half board basis so we were able to sample the local cafes and restaurants at lunchtime. The food at the hotel is very good, plenty of choice so no need to go hungry here….The nearest beach is a few minutes walk from the hotel but we didn’t go there as there is a much bigger and better beach at Cala Millor, about 20 minutes further on. The hotel pool is fantastic, plenty of sunbeds available every day, but obviously it’s still early in the season. The lifeguard is very helpful and friendly, very popular with a lot of the regulars. We were in a superior room with balcony, overlooking the hotel entrance. The room was spacious with a fridge and kettle supplied. The bathroom was awesome, had a lovely walk in shower and a hairdryer was also supplied so no extra charges there. We were only charged for the use of the safe and the Tourist tax which all the hotels have to charge. I mustn’t forget to mention that the staff here are amazing, so friendly and welcoming and we hope to return here again in the future, Thank you Hotel Cala Bona for your hospitality.

First time visiting this hotel. When the bus drops you off you think what is this place as you walk down the street but then get to the hotel it is beautiful. The hotel is set in 5 blocks and we were in block 3 with a sea view balcony. Arrived before lunch and we were checked straight in. This is a half board hotel so we had breakfast and main meal. No complaints about the food or the drinks. They even cater for gluten free and have plenty of choice and separate areas for GF food. The pool area is roomy and spotless and Claire who works on the pool bar cannot help you enough. Plenty of sunbeds to choose from also. There was some building work next door on a hotel but it didn't bother anybody. There is also a lifeguard round the pool all day and he is friendly and helpful and does aqua classes in the morning. The evening entertainment was great and plenty of variety. The town around is very quiet but if you want a peaceful relaxing holiday this is the place to go. Great to go and sit in the harbour and watch the world go by. Cant wait to go again

Cala Bona Hotel is a fantastic location with the harbour in front of the hotel. Rooms are very clean. And cleaned every day if you wish. We stayed in a superior room. Nice balcony. We stayed half board the food and selection was great freshly cooked. The staff are very friendly helpful work hard to please everyone. In the evenings there is live entertainment which is good.

Absolutely amazing holiday the staff are amazing a credit to the owners!food amazing views amazing (we had a sea view room ) we have booked June and September 2024 this hotel is by far the best I ever stayed in 👍the staff work so hard day and night.its absolutely immaculate 😊there was building work when we were there but nothing to bad ! Overall 10/10

our second stay at hotel, on this visit with our daughter and grand daughter [their fist time aboard]. to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Fantastic sea view from balcony. Very well run hotel with very dedicated and hard working/friendly staff all round. Very welcoming reception staff, polite and helpful. Whole hotel very clean and rooms refreshed and tidied every day (good house keeping staff) As we have found previously the food is top class. Variety, well cooked and presented. One evening was whole backed salmon, I recon the best salmon I have ever had!! as with all the food, complements to the chefs and staff. Entertainment each night was very good. We had a good laugh and banter with bar staff and all. Grand daughter loved the pool and area. Nice surprise from hotel, was on the day of our 40th anniversary on our return to room, there was a card, bottle of champers and strawberry's. just made the day even more special. Hotel and staff defiantly merit the 4* status + defiantly recommend this hotel for a visit/stay!!

Absolutely fantastic, our room was lovely, maid service everyday, food was excellent and a large selection of British and Spanish food. All the staff were fantastic, the pool and pool bar were brilliant serving food and drinks, cocktails and smoothies were delicious, entertainment was excellent, perfect spot on the harbour , loads of shops and bars all within walking distance
