差到極致，房間沒空調，我們去的那幾天天氣是最熱的，跟酒店溝通，一句無能為力打發我們了，連個電扇也不給，讓他們派人來修，催了一天終於來了，來了説修不好這間房間就是這樣的，同行朋友的房間空調巨好，我還比他們房間價格貴，氣死了，從來沒有住過這麼差的酒店

Had a lovely stay recently at three end of April, beginning of May. Our room was lovely, a superior twin with balcony and sea view, overlooking the small harbour. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean . The food was generally very good with plenty of choice. I would recommend this hotel. Lovely location.

Excellent sea view and cleaners top class. Only let down is the food. I am a fussy eater but can normally find something. The chefs need to learn about cross contamination. Last night a young guy was using the same utensils for turning turkey steaks and Tuna. When I pointed this out his boss told him to wash them. He did this but then put them on the same dirty plates. The best meal we have had was yesterday in the Rope and anchor next door. Have read bad reports and sometimes u think it can't be that bad. Well, I can tell u first hand. It is.

Our mountain view room was fabulous and clean. Food lovely. Clean and good sized pool area. Great facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Will go again. They catered for our dietary requirements and location fabulous. Our honeymoon was the best and we loved the hotel.

Gutted 2nd time I have stayed here and on both occasions requested a high floor room. Last year 2nd floor overlooking a side street this year 3rd floor same location. Booked with easy jet holidays and paid considerably more than those with Jet 2 who all seemed to have sea view room or room in the separate block overlooking the pool. When asked about a room change they wanted €150 for pool view or £€300 for sea view Other than this I cannot fault the hotel, staff etc.

The hotel is in a wonderful position on the harbour front, quite quiet in a very clean area with plenty of amenities. Upgrade to sea/harbour view strongly recommended.

Booked a room with panoramic sea view. Room was stunning and view was spectacular. Down hill from here. Air con only blew air was not cold. Reported more than once. Nothing done. Poor sleep because to warm. Food was just passable but only if you like Luke warm. The chef on the grill cooking the meats was on a go slow. Same at breakfast never any fried eggs or bacon ready. Very lazy guy. We ate out most nights. Don’t book half board. The manager wants to take a walk out to entrance. Very dirty and was not brushed the time we were there. The pool area was lovely. Entertainment at night in hotel very poor. Would I return? Yes but only BB

Travelled at the beginning of April and was a little concerned after reading some of the most recent reviews (holiday was booked in August 2023) however, we had a very enjoyable stay. The rooms were large with a free safe (much bigger than any I've seen before) and a mini fridge. The balcony was a great size and mine was overlooking the pool and had a mountain view. The rooms were cleaned every day and towels were changed if you left them in the bath. Food was great...lots of selection, with eggs and bacon cooked while you waited at breakfast and English sausages. Evening meal was also really good and again there were meat and fish options available to order. Must make a special mention about Pedro in the dining room who chatted to us each day and found out market days for us. He also suggested Cala Rajada as a day out. We got the bus there and back and it was well worth the visit. All the staff were lovely and friendly and as we were checking out very early in the morning before breakfast, the reception staff organised a boxed breakfast for us all. We all felt this was a really thoughtful thing to do. Cala Bona itself was lovely but a little quiet at this time of year, although the beautiful weather made up for it. I would definitely return to this resort and hotel but maybe when it's a bit more open.
