The resort was spotlessly clean and tidy. Our room was lovely too, with a nice view over the pool and down to the sea. Staff were lovely and helpful. Cala d'Or is also very nice. A great choice of beaches, most with sun beds. Beautiful clear sea and clean beaches and some amazing scenery and views. I would recommend taking the road train which is just €5 and takes you into the main parts of the town and the marina.

Spotlessly clean friendly helpful staff. Great location close to shops and restaurants. Choice of pools. You can use any of Intrutel locations. Many sandy coves close by. Self catering facilities limited but plenty of choice for eating out.

Excellent hotel. The rooms were very clean with cleaners coming most days and smelt lovely. We had comfy beds and the shops were literally on the door step. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back as we enjoyed it so much. The only negative I have is that the tv didn’t have many English channels which was frustrating and the view from the balcony was blocked by a tree.

Everything was very clean and nice staff. Our bed was very comfortable The village was very nice with top restaurants and many things to do . It was top!A little problem was that we didn"t had an lift so we had to take our luggage to the 2nd floor by stair

This was a lovely location ,quiet but still only a very short walk to some restaurants and an easy walk to the village centre. The hotel has an adjoining supermarket which was really useful for fresh pastries, bread and fruit. The hotel itself was comfortable, well equipped and immaculately clean. The only slight negative was that the hotel food was a bit more expensive than on offer locally, it was however good quality. The staff here are great, friendly and helpful. As a family we all enjoyed our week . Thank you to all the hotel staff.

Our fourth visit to Inturotel Cala Azul and it didn’t disappoint. Fantastic location and facilities, extremely clean and very friendly staff always willing to assist. We stayed half board and the food was delicious as usual. The newly installed gym is a fabulous addition to the facilities. Thoroughly recommended.

Another great holiday in the island. Our 5th at Cala Azul. Love the place, its situation, the views, the easy access to the high street and most beautiful most importantly- the amazingly warm and friendly staff. Cant wait to go back as those beaches are the best!!! 5 stars for the 3 star hotel!!!

A gorgeous place to stay. Highly recommend. We stayed in a self catering studio for 2. It was a good size with all the facilities you need and was very clean. The cleaners in general never stop. Everything was maintained really well. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely but a bit cold. Lots of sunbeds available and the nearby beach (Cala Esmeralda) was stunning and not too crowded. Nice eateries and cafes nearby. A great relaxing place to stay.

The hotel is in a great location. Perfect for exploring cala dor and the beautiful neighbouring beaches. We stayed in a Select sea view room and the view was incredible. Definitely worth paying the extra. The hotel is very clean and has a great kids club that my children aged 7 loved visiting. The entertainment was fairly basic. You can see the hotel is going through a bit of a renovation as there are trades people in rooms working away. The food is very basic. The breakfast was ok. I would have preferred to just book room only and then use the supermarket next door to get pastries, toast etc and cook in the room. The pools are very cold I April! To be expected but just a word of warning.
