Good resort. Bought B&B package. breakfast runs until 10am but by 9:30 they stop replenishing items and most of the food is gone by then. Hot drinks, juices and water available- juice did run out. Crossiant selection, fruits and some hot food- wouldn’t be rated more than 4/10. Once down in local town- lovely beach able to swim, kayak, paddle board and more. Lots of restaurants VERY reasonably priced around £6 a pizza! Great ice cream and supermarkets are close once into town. Please be aware there are about 50 steps to get up/down to the beach. If you are b&b only you will be expected to pay extra for beach loungers at 30€ a day. The area is quite hilly. Taxis are few and far between Not very accessible hotel however local beach did have a water wheel chair so wheelchair users can be safely supported into beach (unknown if cost) Receptionist spoke fine English, everyone else in town near by English wasn’t really used. Struggled with the language barrier - would recommend learning some Italian before going. All Inclusive lunch and dinner can be brought in addition from reception for 25€ as extra however they were often sold out of spaces. Staff helped with bags to get to the room as such a large complex. Clean pool and very large. Manned by lifeguard. Pool closes at 7pm. Clean rooms and cleaned daily if wanted Lots of seating and umbrellas. Good views of the sea and surrounding. Views of Marina Nightly theatre show (in Italian) Kids club (mostly Italian speaking) Physical key for room/ tv, bed, wardrobe, desk, fridge in room. Play park in shaded area Toilets and showers by pool

Outdated hotel. Staff arrogant. The shower curtain of the room was completely dirty, it hadn't been replaced for years for sure… Plastic cups in the breakfast… We also sent an email previously asking for packaged breakfast which they didnt answer, so we could not have it since we arrived late at the hotel.

Hotel situated in beautiful grounds. Friendly service. Very good Italian food. And the best pizza I've ever eaten. Atmospheric hotel in Sardinian style. Clean, daily cleaned rooms. Sun loungers on the beach available at any time, close to the beach and sea.

We thank you all for the great time! The hotel staff was always friendly & helpful! Our room was clean & pleasant. Breakfast and dinner was incredibly varied. Our many thx to Maria Chiara, Theresa & Francesca… U3 took a good care of us!! Bless U3! Our to the entertainment team, for the artists you are, but above all, full charisma and joy! And that impressed us the most, so well done to all of you! Mr Lele Barella & Mr Guerino, you’re so talented & funny guys! Miss Elisa, your Zumba classes were wonderful. You’re very cute & sweet! Nice location, really good beach spot, at walking distance to the village and boat rentals. Great people in the bar and restaurant and the worst food ever… dinners and lunches not well cooked, or with no flavor. Food stations with long lines, food not enough and not being replaced. The only positive note is to the bartenders and people in the restaurant, always looking to please my family stay in this hotel.

Now....if you're into vintage , poor customer service and not very high on updated to the day type of resort this is for you! However if you expect a 4 star type of hotel, as rated, this is far from any star! No internet outside reception area and that of very low quality Food was average, however you can get fed with a lot of sortiments on that level! The room was on the 70's type of vibe ever since was built and you can swear by the fact that no upgrades have been done since. No iron facility and neither a solution when asked what can we do about that?! We had to ask where is the supermarket to actually buy one. The could were there 24/ 7 and you could see that's their working schedule as well! They were doing their best with whatever they could do considering their facilities and training . Mostly young students with little or no experience in customer service.
