Amazing hotel. We had a room with a balcony sea view, it was immaculately clean, modern, comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect with the beach right on the door step and a bustling palm tree lined street with several shops, bars and cafes a short walk away and a children’s play park. We have a 6 year old child and there was plenty on offer in the hotel for her to do. With an indoor and outdoor pool and bar and entertainment every night we were always doing something. They have a spa in the hotel and I had a massage which was very relaxing. We had a lovely chambermaid who made sure we had every thing we needed in our room. The restaurant was fabulous and the food was amazing, the waiting staff were equally fantastic and attentive. The selection of food was phenomenal, something for everyone’s palette. Every single member of staff I encountered were friendly and very helpful. Beatriz, one of the wonderful hotel receptionists was an absolute star, she helped us navigate our days out and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed. I will definitely go back to this hotel again, one of the best holidays I’ve ever had.

Update! I just wrote a strong overall very positive review about hippo hotels, Cala Milor Park hotel with only one issue which was the wine. I was so impressed that within 24 hours and just after writing my previous review (which has yet to be published by the way) on trip advisor, I recieved an email from Joan after relaying my issue to management, Joan has already written to me to say that the hotel chains are already making changes to the wine list. I am beyond impressed with this fast acting responsiveness and I am very much looking forward to tasting the changes in the wine list next week. Thank you so much for trying Joan and to the fast acting Hippohotels upper management for such prompt action!. This is a truly impressive response! See you next week! Patrick

Hotel quite away from airport taxi cost me about 97 euros,lovely area beach and shops nearby staff at hotel were all so nice there was loads of choices of food and plenty of it , I want to say thank you to Gabriel for taking the drunk man away from my upset granddaughter you are a star ⭐️ if this hotel had a few junior suite refurbished this winter season like a nice walk in shower and lights on the balcony for reading in evenings and new beds plus security I would definitely come back as it could be a 5 ⭐️ ps glad you had the indoor pool 🏊♀️ plus I would like to see the finished work outside your hotel as I’m sure the workers enjoyed waking me up so early on my holiday lol 😂

Hotel facilities and amenities were good. We liked the indoor facilities like pool and bar saloon with entertainment for kids. The buffet was very good for meat eaters with lots of varieties. The hotel is not directly on the beach so the view from the balcony was alright.

It was too hot in the rooms and the air con seemed not to be working properly. The food was alright. Rarely something reeeally tasty. Average. The hotel is clean. The location is good, pity we had two constructions sites next to the hotel during our stay. Could be cheaper.

Very nice hotel but it should definitely be experienced in the summer. We where there during low-season and got a bit disapointed on some things. One was that the in-door-pool was very small and not heated and there wasn't much to do around the hotel on a rainy day. The hotel has no excursions during low season and wasn't clear with that on the webpage. The food in the restaurant was good but not as much variation as we would have liked.

Beautiful hotel, clean great choice of food, extremely friendly staff, would recommend to all, only issue was with the heater/ air conditioning unit it had a mind of its own and would only work when it wanted to.

Lovely hotel. All staff welcoming, polite and friendly. Spotlessly clean. Entertainment team go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. There are ground works going on until Summer which can be heard from 7 am to 6 pm but the finished result will make the view and surrounding area more pleasant. We had a sea view and got used to the disruption and actually got interested in the progress being made. We were offered a different room or accommodation by Jet 2 prior to our stay, however we were happy to stay in our chosen room. No rush at meal times and good quality drinks. We will return.
