It was a family stay in Majorca. The hotel offers a good standard and the location right next to the beach is fantastic. The service is at a high level, both in the restaurant, where the boss personally looks after everything and welcomes guests, and at the reception, which is available to help in all matters. The rooms are very clean and cleaned regularly. The hotel is a good choice for those who are looking for good service at a reasonable price.

We had a great stay at the hipotels Mercedes. Our apar**ent was lovely, clean and spacious for a family of 4. The pool side and hotel is very clean and lovely surroundings. The view from our balcony was beautiful, looking out to the beach and sea. We stayed in April during the Easter holidays, there were plenty of sunbeds available. The weather was sunny and warm for the time of year. The hotel is on the doorstep of the beach and it is a lovely walk all the way along the promenade towards Cala Bona.

Good hotel for families with chiliene, close to beach, very clean, spacious rooms, with a spectacular view of the sea. The food was varied. I would gladly recommend it. The staff was very kind and helpfull.

Very nice pool og nice beach view.Good food og friendly stuff.Kids animation every day.In the evening show for kids og adults.Good drinks.Bus stop til airport og not så fare to meinstreet.Shops.Nice hotel.

Hotel very clean. Dinner was of a very good standard, breakfast was good. Excellent restaurant service (efficient cleaning, refilling dishes). The rooms are well-equipped, although they are old. Overall, I rate my stay as very good.

Excellent location in Cala Millor , with excellent pool facilities, optional eating arrangements , step onto the beach -directly into the Med. Located on the long beautiful promenade that stretches up to Cala Bona

Excellent 10 day stay at this hotel. Right on the beachfront promenade. Pool area had sun beds available most of the day. The hire of pool towels was fantastic at €15 deposit per towel for the whole stay and could change every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This deposit was refunded at the end of your stay or if you longer what the towel. Stayed bed and breakfast, rooms cleaned daily inc. fresh towels except Thursday. Breakfast was plentiful, usual cooked breakfast, including omelettes and pastry’s and fresh fruits, cereal and yoghurt. Location is at the quieter end of Cala Millor but this suited us as it was a very easy flat walk along the front to all the bars, restaurants and shops but not too central to have the noise too late at night. Would definitely stay again. Electronic safe in the room also free of charge.

This hotel os way too expensive for the bad service it provides in what concerns to cleaning and to the room’a comfort. In the 1st arrival to the room, we had dirty sheets, old doors making a lot of noise, smashed mosquitos in the walls. After we informed the reception, these issues were solved. Yet, the room is not comfortable beacuse the furniture is Really really old, the walls are full of dirt, the floor ceramics is broken. In 9 nights of stay, they only change the sheets once and after we talked to the reception. The positive things about the hotel até the wonderful pool, great breakfast and the incredible miss Claudia.
