Aparthotel Ona Cala Pi Club

Whilst the apar**ent and the area were a great place for a holiday, the place appeared to be gradually shutting down for the winter which meant that the hotel’s own restaurant ran out of wine. By the last couple of days even the restaurant wasn’t open for lunch and the only place open in the town (which was also part of the complex) was dreadful and v busy. On two evenings the only place to eat was the restaurant and the buffet (the only thing on offer) was pretty grim. Luckily on our last two evenings a restaurant in town called Sa Terrace opened and that was great. Nice place, nice people, lousy dining!

Quite nice hotel with good breakfast. Really close to an amazing beach. Room with beautiful view. Cleaning could be better and the opening hours for the pool (12 to 5 pm) is not what we expected with small children.

Amazing location. 2 minites walk from the beach. Very attentive staff who are keen to ensure you have a great stay and lots of opportunities to get involved with different activites throughout the day/evening both kid and adult freindly. Bus access very easy to all parts of the island. Airport transfer very helpful both ways.

Friendly staff, easy to park the car outside the hotel (free parking). On the side of Cala Pi (beach). Nice views. Practical accommodations although dated. Nice pools area for families. The main negative point were the frequent shortage of water almost on a daily basis for short periods of time but impactful.

My wife and I were there for a week and it was lovely and beautiful - our apar**ent looked over the pool, which was beautiful, and we had a great time exploring the area and chilling by the pool. Staff were very helpful and able to help us out with anything we needed. Specifically, there was help getting taxis to surrounding areas and boat hire nearby. My wife is vegetarian, which was fine for breakfast but a problem for dinner. Staff tried to be very helpful but the reality is the restaurant could cater for vegetarian customers very easily by simply removing the meat from some of the pastas and salads. At any rate, in 2022 there really should be better vegetarian options.

This hotel could have been a 0, it wasn’t so don’t worry, but would have still got a 5 star review down to the simple customer service brought to my wife and I by Helena at the front desk. I am not sure or Helena’s official title but unless it is hotel manager or something far higher, I refuse to mention the title. The customer service started from the second we got there. Her smile beams through the reception and makes you feel ever so welcome. “Thank you for choosing us” was the first thing she said to me, when do hotel staff even care that you are staying with them in 2023? I’ll tell you, NEVER! From being at the end of a phone line at all times of the day to apologising profusely when our room wasn’t ready on time, it is clear she felt awful. In regards to the actual hotel, it is beautiful. Stunning scenery, stunning ambience, stunning lighting, the list goes on. You have access to 2 pools as well as a hot tub. The entertainment staff are fantastic also, really try and get the kids involved. You can see the staff at this hotel care more about the hotel than just a job. The only negative I’d have is, it is slightly out of the way so any town is 20/25 mins away minimum, not an issue for us but could be for some. To summarise, the visit, so far, has been our best trip ever away down to Helena alone. If Ona are reading this, she deserves your upmost thank you and appreciation. We look forward to the rest of our holiday with Ona.

very nice receptionist and boss.very nice gut in the redtaurant.perfect animator Samuel.very nice big appar**ent with roof terrasse.very thin walls,you can hear your neigbours,otherwise very goog accomodation. a lot of steps to the beach,not for elderly.

The apar**ents are well equiped and clean. The terrace is big enough to eat outside. Views to swimming pools or lanspace are relaxing, Restaurant buffet offers are convenient. Cala Pi is a short distance to many interesting spots and from the capital city.

Very nice quiert place to visit. Dont be fooled by the everything is closed because its end of season as its October so you need to sign up with us for half board. We went for dinner with them on the first night as this is what they told us. The next day we found out they are all open in though there is only five resturants and 3 are owned by the hotel. One by One sports bar has great food and prices and is the main independent. The supermarket is expensive so if you have a car have a drive out.
