The Eternal Wave

Eternal wave is truly an oasis in Goa, super friendly staff, the pool is so beautiful surrounded by matured trees, which makes it difficult to keep it but… the pool staff start cleaning the pool and surrounding area from 7 am right to close and keep the pool pristine! The restaurant food is very tasty! Vegetarian only, you will get the true pure taste of India here! Amit is the restaurant ***ager, super attentive and passionate about his work, from reception staff ***ager to cleaning staff everyone makes you feel very special! A truly amazing holiday we had here!!!

We stayed here for 5 days. Average hotel. Proper maintenance is not there. Parking is a big problem, not enough parking space. We stayed in 1 BHK, it was good. It needs to be upgraded — older ACs and TV. Overall, it is average to above-average range.

Location and setup is amazing. However the room quality is very bad. Bathroom has poor fixtures. Kitchen is bad. Main door there no lock from inside Kitchen tap is broken Kitchen drainage outlet is leaking n coming on the floor Bathroom jet spray is leaking all water on the floor Bathroom flush knob is broken Lower room AC is gone off.

We have stayed in the C-Block 2nd floor and swimming pool view Room was provided to us as we are 4 members. 1 king size bed, extra 2 mattress, sofa set with table and separate table was provided in Balcony. Kitchen was available with utilities such as plates, spoons, sporks, dish washer, electric stove with 3 pans. Over all Bathroom and the Room was excellent with proper hygiene clean and good. We stayed for total 5 nights and it was very good

Mixed feeling.. Response to mail and phone enquires were tardy to get booking and answers. Very curt dealings. Not warm.They actually come to door to make u check out.. Well hmm.. Room- Neat, maintained.Cloth rack for wet clothes.Sheets/ Towels clean. Wall switches.. Difficult to know whether its on or off.Breakfast not included No Tea/ coffee / milk/ Sugar sachets.. Kettle and utensils available. So got to shop for things if u want early morning hot chai..Restaurant --Starts only past 7.30AM ,Vegetarian. No eggs also. No Sambar for idli/ Dosa.Very non enthusiastic room service.Swiggy etc will deliver to door but there is some serious GPS/ location pinpointing issues. Once they delivered elsewhere and next had to be told over phone about location. Goa is expensive for Food, Transport.. Hiring is an option. Taxis are 💥

Pros: 1) Favorable location of the property. 2) Inclusion of a private pool added a touch of luxury. 3) Polite and attentive restaurant staff. Cons: 1) Room exhibited signs of wear and tear. 2) Presence of cockroaches in the kitchen area. 3) Encounters with larger creatures (mice and frogs) near the pool area. 4) Communal pool water lacked clarity and cleanliness. 5) Concerns about water hygiene and safety. 6) Rude demeanor of the hotel ***ager at the reception. 7) Not recommended for stays of more than three days due to maintenance issues and hospitality concerns.

The experience was very bad. The room which was allocated was not maintained at all. Firstly the room was not clean,the ac was not working properly,the telecom was not working,the room was very dusty,the bathroom shower was not working,the hall fan was not working,and even the room windows were not closing, which was very scary and unsafe considering we were given a room in the ground floor. In would recommend to first check the room before checking in.

Property was good and worth the money... Very Spacious and gives homely feeling.... Bedrooms, Hall, furniture's, Swimming Pool, Parking etc. are well maintained.... Though the washrooms were clean there were issues in flush... Some had no cover and some water was flowing from below... Room service was good and prompt... Will surely book again if coming to Goa...
