Amazing hotel, so much things to do for the children. Everything in excellent condition, facilities high standard and clean. Rooms were immaculately cleaned. The hotel staff and animation team were brilliant. So friendly and helpful. Mealtimes had so much option and variety. I needed gluten free food and there was a whole table of gluten free options, and fresh pasta dishes cooked. Couldnt fault the hotel or staff. Thankyou for a great holiday!!

The staff are all very friendly, nothing is too much trouble! It was my friends 80th birthday and everyone was so lovely,especially Sofia on reception and Aida . We were very well looked after They make you feel like you are they're family would highly recommend x

This was our first family holiday with our 18 months son, and we had a lovely time. Very family orientated hotel, pretty sure everyone I saw was with kids. We stayed in the Majorca block, there were about 8 steps to go down which made it difficult with buggy & luggage but at the pool side there was just 4 so we made that our main mode of accessing the building. Room was fine, was cleaned everyday, fresh towels etc and when my son had a toileting accident in the cot I phoned down to reception and someone was up straight away to change his sheets in the travel cot. As per previous reviews lifts are tiny, we had to use both lifts when arriving and departing but both were always working and we were on the 1st floor so didn't mind the stairs at times. Pools were great, we used the splash pool at the start but my son wasn't a fan, so we moved down to the one at the bottom and just sat under the large tree at the back. Lack of parasols, (I think I only seen about 6 around these pools, sometimes the lifeguards have 2 of these) for number of beds, so this also worked well to keep us in the shade, we had no issues with obtaining loungers but we did attend at start of season, beginning of May. We had no issues with wasps as per previous reviews, I think I seen 2 my whole 8 nights. My only reason for giving 4 stars not 5, was down to the food. Now we ate well at every meal however found it extremely repetitive and we only stayed a week, I would class the food as more 3 star than 4. The labels of the food need to be clearer and available before mealtimes start, I found myself having to ask the staff what things were. Restaurant staff fantastic, very very hardworking. We never had any issues getting seats never had to wait for a table at any point we attended. Lunch we usually end up frequenting the pool bar I found the food to be fresher as it was smaller quantity & the chicken burgers were nice. Things like this would be nice to be served at main lunch. Entertainment staff fantastic too, Patrik was great, every morning walked round the pools and said hello etc The reception staff were fantastic, shout out to Aida, always wanting to know how to improve the hotel and was making notes of everyone's improvement when she was checking us out not just listening which I was impressed with. Everyone at this hotel is very hardworking, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would probably return to the hotel.

This is our last day here after a weeks stay and we’ve all had a lovely time. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff very attentive. Especially Aida and Sofia who were very helpful and accommodating. They were superstars !! We were here to celebrate my mother in laws 80th birthday and they even organised a table for dinner with baloons cake and cava ! All of the pools and surrounding areas are cleaned every day. The food is amazing with lots of different choices each day. The town is about a 10-15 minute walk but there is a bus that can take you there. There is also a free bus that will take you to the beach which again was very clean. All in all a lovely hotel which is very geared towards children with lots for them to do, would highly recommend and would definitely visit again.

Very clean hotel, food is nice and plentiful something for everyone. My child has had the best time in the splash park and with the evening entertainment. We have had a fantastic week and staff are fantastic. Thank you very much Aida for our experience as a family

Absolutely amazing hotel with great facilities. Room was really clean and kept well tidy everyday, food was superb and the staff were really helpful. Plenty of activities for my daughter to do also and the weather was perfect for the perfect hotel

We’re due to go home tomorrow and have had such a great time here at euro calas, the resort is soo clean and the staff are lovely. The entertainment has been fab and the kids have said they can’t wait to come again. So much for them to do (8 & 10). The showers are on the small side but other than that the rooms have been lovely and clean and comfortable. Food choice is great. The water park is great fun. We’ve done trips to the beach and pool days and never had issues with getting sun beds when we return.

The room is absolutely beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. Food lovely and plenty of choice. I definitely came back, very chilled friendly and perfect family destination. I will came back next year with my daughter because I love it ☺️ I highly recommend!!!!

Great holiday, attended with family kids have enjoyed themselves, bar staff been lovely especially SAID, lovely staff, cleaners come every day, good choice of food :) Good choice of pool arrears, I didn’t see wasps as I seen in another review I think we seen 3 in the whole time.
