After having read some reviews of this hotel, we were slightly apprehensive about staying there, however, it was fabulous. The location is brilliant, you can walk to the national park from the front door. The outdoor pools are absolutely amazing, especially after a long day hiking, and they are set in beautiful grounds full of fountains and incredible trees. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had a large walk-in shower. Breakfast had everything you could wish for, we didn't eat there in the evening. Our massages were excellent, if not a little expensive, we didn't use the thermal baths. My only criticism would be our picnic, which was rather disappointing, seeing as it was a breakfast replacement. We are definitely going to stay there again.

The hotel is a bit dated and desperately needs a refresh. The site, however, is fantastic and the property has lots of potential. Service was also quite good for a hotel of this level.

Le salva el entorno que es una maravilla, y el personal q hace lo que puede. Trato a clientes Imserso cuartelario. Horarios inflexibles, desayunos espartanos, comidas baja calidad, frías, cocinadas sin ningún esmero. Fruta sin madurar. Te eternizas de un plato a otro. Y todo ello viendo como sirven "otro tipo de comida", más apetecible, al comedor del resto de clientes (no Imserso).

Servicio por los dos camareros del bar del hotel del turno tarde noche muy buena!!!! Comida en general del lugar calidad precio es muy cara. Bufet libre con muy pocas cosas para elegir para el precio. En el baño falta escobilla y no hay detalles de jabones , crema individuales. Lugar es muy bonito.

Un lugar precioso y idílico que me traen muy buenos recuerdos. Era la 4a vez que íbamos. Siempre hemos gozado de un buen servicio. Este año hemos vivido mucha tensión por parte de algún miembro del personal, concretamente del comedor. Se observa falta de personal, quejas de algún trabajador por la falta de profesionalidad. Se nos ha maltratado por el hecho de gablar la lengua del lugar, de Cataluña, haciendo que nos sintiésemos como extranjeros y unos apestados. Poca sensibilidad y empatía. Existe una normativa catalana de consumo. Si no se entiende el catalán, se pude decir de manera amable, respetuosa y empática. También hemos observado poca profesionalidad a la hora de atender y servir. El director nos escuchó y fue sensible a este aspecto, agradecemos su buena disposición para poder tener una buena estancia. Tendría que mejorar en este aspecto: muchos clientes son catalanohablantes y se nos tendría que tener más atención. El balneario un 10, bien atendidos y fue una experiencia gratificante.

Fuimos a cenar a la terraza del bar....lugar idílico pero falta de personal y servicio muy lento . La comida edraba correcta. El camarero estaba solo y no daba abasto. Se nota que se les contrata para la temporada y no hay gestión coordinada

Le personnel est très désagréable, on est accueilli par des visages exaspérés. Les infrastructures sont très limites la seule chose qu'a cet hôtel c'est la vue sinon il n'ont rien pour eux. C'est sale, l'extérieur est mal entretenu et tout est cassé/vieux (billard, babyfoot cassés), en bref il doit y avoir dans ces montagnes un hôtel qui en vaille largement plus la peine !

superbe hôtel, confortable, dans un environnement calme et dans un beau parc. Bien situé, au départ de randonnées.
Piscines extérieures chaudes et accessibles.
Très bon rapport qualité prix, super petit déjeuner et bon repas. Le restaurant d'à côté également excellent et varié.
Informations à l’accueil très médiocre en ce qui concerne l’accès au balnéo. Les prix semblent prohibitifs pour un simple accès au sauna ou au hammam.

Te hacen entrar a las 16h vale son las normas… Habitacion doble superior… Tamaño justo ,baño enorme, limpieza mejorable. Bufet para comer que es lo primero que nos dicen en recepcion de PENA , ni regalado lo quiero… Carne seca , fritura de pescado , carne en salsa y macarrones no se salva ni el apuntador… Mentira el pan estaba bueno lo unico … Postre? Flam con sabor a nevera… Dormir decente, camas relativamente comodas. Desayuno bufet… madre del amor hermoso desorganizacion, camarero borde que solo resoplaba y negaba con la cabeza cada vez que alguien le pedia algo… Por suerte una camarera maja nos atiende rapido y nos trae lo que pedimos caliente. Las personas de limpieza a las 15’20 cada dia con una escandalera por los pasillos que joroba la siesta a dios y a su madre… No pienso volver ni que me lo regalen …
