There is no room service or kitchen to order from.
Check In was cumbersome - one of the hotel staff was continuously saying I have to settle the bill since they have not received the funds from Trip.com and that they will refund me once the funds have cleared - this even after Trip.com verified with the Hotel Staff Supervisor that payment was done.

As always, we choose Caledon Spa as our getaway for two, we enjoy the hot springs, the cool pool and of course the lovely walk around the grounds. I would like to see some upgrade to the rooms though, especially the bathroom, which hasnt changed in the 20 years we have been visiting there, The bathroom, although clean, is old and outdated with the shower and shower curtain in the bath. Another huge challenge is the fact that there is no halaal restaurant or eatery within in the grounds. One has to drive out into town to get KFC , which is not always what we want. I think Caledon Spa will be great if there was a Nandos onsite. Nandos my preference, but any other halaal eatery will be appreciated, seeing that there are many Muslims checking in at Caledon all the time. Breakfast buffet is always a highlight
Still, my favorite place to go to for some R&R.

Best hotel and spa ever. Excellent staff en management. Food is delicious. The view of the hotel is amazing and can not wait to visit the place again next year. Will be bringing the kids with as they also need time to relax and have fun after a good year

The place was so amazing even the view it was clean the service was excellent nothing more than happy for me even their service was excellent nothing was wrong their shower was havindmg warm water their food was very nice and the manager good .

The pillows are fluffiest I've ever felt before and the rooms are open enough for space, you enjoy the atmosphere as you arrive and when you get inside you get the most charming, beautiful, stunning and a very very welcoming hot, entering the premises is nice

Caledon’s check in process needs urgent review. The check in queue resembles an IEC voting station! Came here 30 minutes before check in and was told that the room isn’t ready. Came back 30 minutes after 2pm and stood in the queue for 40min. This is the longest time I have ever spent checking in. Caledon Management, get a consultant to help with your processes!

The place is very beautiful, amazing, ful of nature and a place to be. My friend could not believe that we have a booked a lovely place with affordable price and the service is wow We had the best time and it was my friend birthday and it was well celebrated

Loved the house and it's historic details, and the team that runs it, we had a lovely stay, and loved the many outdoor spaces and common room. Highly recommend it!
