I am writing to express my deepest gratitude and admiration for the extraordinary experience we had at your hotel—a truly unforgettable and heavenly stay that I will cherish for years to come. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warmest and most attentive staff, who made us feel like cherished guests at every turn. Your hotel is a haven of beauty and elegance, with rooms that are nothing short of spectacular, and a setting that can only be described as paradise. We even received a beautiful birthday cake upon our arrival, a gesture that touched our hearts and set the tone for what would be an incredible stay. The rooms themselves are pure perfection—10/10 without question—beautifully appointed, serene, and inviting. The attention to detail and the comfort provided made it feel like a true escape. The staff’s dedication to making our stay special was simply exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, creating an atmosphere of warmth and luxury. One of the most special touches was when the chef personally met with the parents, taking the time to ask what foods their children enjoyed. This thoughtful gesture was beyond anything we ever experienced in a Hotel. We booked half board and you were delivering above the five-star dining experience that we normally experience. It truly matches the impeccable ambiance and stunning accommodations. The spa experience was heavenly, with massages that transported us to another world—easily a 10/10. The beach, with its breathtaking views, was a perfect place to unwind. It is clear that your hotel is just breathtaking. And after visiting many other top five-star hotels on the Island - yours is the place to be. And this with just opened a couple of weeks ago! You want to add another fine dining restaurant, but I cannot see how you ever want to top the dining experience we already had. The sea food platter with the lobster is already under my top three I ever had. I am excited to see the continued growth and success of your establishment, and I am certain you will keep on adding magical things to the stay. I genuinely hope my feedback is helpful for many couples/ families who do not want quantity but quality. This place is just a dream destination. With your commitment to excellence, I have no doubt that your place will thrive and I hope it will be still affordable in a couple of years when I am back. One of the first guests into this lovely boutique hotel. Top notch facilities and Spa. Comfy sunbeds laid out around a small beautiful pool and along white sand beach which is on a shallow part of the lagoon. Food is good to very good, as a new establishment, there were a few small issues kitchen wise but staff are superb and want clients to have the best time so only going to head into the excellent on the food front I’m sure. Rooms and other facilities are excellent. As good as anything I have seen anywhere else in comparable destinations. Beds are extremely comfortable. Housekeeping is excellent. Rooms are huge, we had a senior suite which beautifully laid out and huge with an integral jacuzzi. The Junior suites are their smallest rooms and they are still huge and beautiful places to be. We had a nose around at the suite with a pool but for us the Senior was the pick as we had a good view onto the middle garden. Nearly all your staff were excellent, friendly with genuine smiles who seem very happy to help. Some stand out staff who deserve a special mention who gave exceptional customer service: Head butler - Leckraj, always friendly, helpful and super professional. Reception - Vimi, excellent service with a lovely smile. Restaurant - Dillan, who put up with my 7am requests for coffee for me to take to my wife in bed with a genuine smile. Finally Sylvana who was so lovely every time she served us, so enthusiastic about Mauritian food, she is a huge asset. Excellent Breakfast. Cold selection is good with lovely fresh bread and pastries and high quality cheeses, fruit, meats, pancakes and waffles. Hot choice also excellent with usual selection of hot options including Eggs Benedict, Florentine and Royale. Also excellent Omelettes. Excellent service every day. Dinner is full al la carte taken on a beautiful covered area overlooking the lagoon. There are supplements payable for some items if on half board. Difficult to relate supplement cost to actual value of item sometimes but there is a reasonable choice without having to go to the supplement items. Dinner is overall good and we could see steady improvement towards excellent as the 10 days went on. Our last meal on Friday night was perfection and the curry lunch on our last day was utterly superb as was the numerous sides to the curries. Sylvana our incredibly helpful and friendly server asked the chef to make it Mauritian style (and spice) and it was the best thing we have eaten all week, everything I wanted your food to be. If you stay at this level you will have happy customers. Overall would happily recommend Sea Diamond, it’s early days but you can see it’s going to be one of those special places.

It's brand new hotel, not that big but so awesome has a spa and Gym (what I care about😅) super clean with calming design and peaceful colors, the staff supernice so attentive and helpful, especially Yona so kind and fast responder, the food so so delicious especially waffles and omelette 😍, the view of beach so great, I really enjoyed my stay there everything was magical 🙏

Schon der Empfang war sehr freundlich und bemüht und so ist es auch den ganzen Aufenthalt lang geblieben. Ich habe mir leider die Namen nicht gemerkt, aber die Damen an der Gästebetreuung waren sehr bemüht uns am letzten Tag noch einen Ausflug zu buchen und uns danach sogar noch ein Zimmer zum Duschen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Das Service im Restaurant war ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend und auch die beiden Burschen an der Bar waren spitze! Es ist ein Hotel wo man absolut entspannen kann. Das Frühstück in Bufetform lässt keine Wünsche über und auch das Abendessen (serviert) ist wirklich sehr gut und abweslungsreich. Man muss sich klar sein, dass rund um das Hotel ohne Auto oder Taxi keine weiteren Attraktionen zu besichtigen sind. Das Pool ist sehr sauber und schön angelegt, es waren auch immer ausreichend Liegen zur Verfügung. Liegetücher werden ebenfalls uneingeschränkt zur Verfügung gestellt. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist das Meer - es ist hier leider nicht so tief und klar wie an anderen Stellen. Man kann allerdings dennoch schwimmen und einfach die Ruhe des Hotels genießen.

Très bon séjour à deux dans cet hôtel. Accueillis merveilleusement bien par Yona. Le personnel est le gros + de l’hôtel ! Toujours disponibles, gentils et aimables. Cader, Vimi et Zeeshan à la réception sont toujours là pour vous conseiller et vous aider à toute heure. La piscine est propre avec une vue magnifique. Literie très agréable, chambre tout confort. Nourriture raffinée, fait maison avec une service de qualité par Sylvana et son service communicatif. Nous nous sommes sentis choyiés, cela a dépassé nos attentes. Au moindre soucis, quelqu’un vous aide. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Hier passt alles, wir wurden herzlich empfangen, danach wurde uns in dem sensationellen Zimmer und in der Anlage alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Hotels sind wunderbar und man weiß schon gleich, das Ruhe und Wohlfühlen Programm sind. Das Restaurant und die Bar lassen keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das super freundliche und kompetente Servicepersonal, wie Sylvana, die schon morgens strahlte, Ramma und Jean Francois, die uns alle Wünsche erfüllt haben und Ashvind, den Barkeeper, der immer zur Stelle war ….. Der Spa Bereich ist eine Oase des Wohlbefindens, sollte man auf keinen Fall verpassen. Wir hatten ein rundum Sorglospaket und können das Sea Diamond jedem nur empfehlen.

Es war toll! Sehr ruhig, sehr zuvorkommend, sehr lecker, sehr bequem, sehr sauber, tolle Ausflüge, überaus freundliches Personal, wunderschöne Zimmer und idyllische Lage in privater Bucht. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und danken für den wundervollen Urlaub.
