This resort is in fact, not a resort....it is managed by ARENA, and when you check in at the ARENA resort, you have to wait for the private owner to come pick you up and take you to a different building away from the resort (private apartments, I guess?) There is no front desk, no staff, no assistance, no phone even in the room. We were left on our own. No shuttle was available to go back down the hill to the resort or towards the beach. Just abandoned.
Was it clean? Sure. Was there a pool? Yep. No towels, no lifeguards or staff on duty.
It was less than 10 minutes to the airport, so that was the only good thing. We checked out late evening, as we had a night flight.
When we booked, it seemed like a legit resort, with a full list of amenities, which we were not granted access to. Terribly frustrating start to the day, and obviously some misleading (dare I say outright lying?) about what we were signing up to. We spent three nights down the road in Movenpick Resort, which was what it said it was. Cam Ranh Sea View was a scam, masquerading as a resort, when actually just someone's apartment, like an AirBnB.
Cannot review food, because there was none. Luckily, walked 20 minutes to the beach and got some street vendor snacks to survive the day.
