Helpful staff as we find our room is very noisy with the air-conditioner, he came to our room very soon. Good breakfast and refill very fast, comfortable and quiet room with good sleep.

The staff are very nice and helpful. Location is good There are some supermarkets nearby.
The cleaning can be improved. The bed is dirty and dusty.

分配給我們的是一間殘疾人用房，所以非常寬敞。但衞生間的通氣扇是壞的，找人來修也沒修好，所以房間味道很大，這點不滿意。位置還算方便，早餐也不錯。

很乾凈。而且酒店晚餐的menu很棒，便宜又好吃。推薦。雖然自動販賣機的沒水了，仍然是不錯的選擇。工作人員也很nice，是在附近出差不錯的選擇

We stayed in Cambridge to attend a wedding the following day. The venue was easy to get to and the hotel was great. Anjum checked us in on reception and his welcome & level of service was exceptional. He also served us in the restaurant where we had evening dinner and breakfast. The room was comfortable and gave us a good nights sleep before going to the wedding.

We stayed for a night on the 28-29th Dec (room 116) and it’s hands down the worst nights sleep we’ve ever had in a hotel. The bed and room were fine, but there was something wrong with the air con system & the bathroom extractor fan didn’t work. This turned the room into a horrible hot and damp-feeling sweat box. I went to reception at 2:30ish in the morning to ask if we could move rooms, and instead was presented with the dirtiest, ropiest desk fan I’ve ever seen (the guy said we couldn’t move rooms at that time). We had to use that to cool the room down but it was so loud we barely got any sleep. Really horrible experience and was glad to leave.

Warm clean room with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with hot water. Handy secure on-site parking for £10 for 24 hours and friendly helpful staff . A little out of town but just a short bus ride for £2 from the stop which is just two minutes away right to the city centre . My only criticism , and it is just a minor one , is that the breakfast was overpriced and not great.quality . Other than that all was good so if dry warm comfortable reasonably priced accommodation is all you want then the Premier Inn is for you and far better than the rival budget hotel next door. Maybe get breakfast in Cambridge though.
